Today I did CDorner Legs and Butt workout, 54 minutes, 134 calories, heart rate 93/131, 580 steps. I then did CDorner Fast Basic Step #240 Disco music, heart rate 116/144. 186 calories, 3,444 steps, 42 minutes. I finished with CDorner Morning stretch on the beach, 12 minutes, 19 calories. Total time was 1 hr 48 minutes, 339 calories, 4,024 steps. I woke up with no painful areas today
One of those rare times. No stiff neck, back or knees. I realized it when I sat down and automatically started doing some neck movements and realized there was no pain.

3 different groupings done 2 times each 45 seconds per move
squat heel lift 15# dbs
plie heel lift holding one dumbbell 25#
single leg pistol squat no weight, she uses a chair for balance
prone leg curl with a dumbbell between feet(Chris uses a heavy dumbbell, which Iose mine so I used 5# ankle weights and a 5# dumbbell between feet. I kept the ankle weights on for the second round of this segment)

Band above knees sit and stand on ball
roll out on the ball iso hold knees in and out
on back feet flat on ball hip lifts and and out
monster walk with band still on and a 15# dumbbell
repeat and remove band for 3rd section
Deadlift 20# dbs moves are slow
angled lunge straighten front leg and back into lunge(this is stationary and no stepping forward and back)
side lying inner thigh lift 5# dumbbell

Debbie, I copied and pasted that workout. I swear, I think I did it before, but it is not in my notebook of Raw workouts. I know I pick up on the ones that are lower body with some cardio. I will have to do it again soon. Not right away though as I just did legs.
Yes, I am lucky I work with my arthritis center and manage to get a discount on my medicine as my part D has such a huge deductible and then the copay thing it hardly pays to use it as I only have one med. Better sometimes to go through Good RX or something. My supplement went up again 6 months after the last time. I guess from the letter it is age and usage that prompted the increase. Do these people not know that older people that are retired do not get cost of living increases?
Yes, it is sad that we cannot just pick a workout and not think about what hurts or we cannot do. Aging is a bummer!
Doreen, it is so frustrating when our technology is not working. Great though when everything runs smoothly. You came out with a good workout though.
