Today I did Coffey Fit Raw High: low Cardio,47 minutes, heart rate 125/160, 230, 3,157 steps. I tried the two plank moves and got a couple of reps the first round, then tried the low plank, then just did something else. Kelly does 3 rounds of the same moves and ends with standing abs. I like the workout. I finished with CDorner Mobility with a chair intended as a warmup. She does a lying relax at the end, but she says if you are using it as a warmup then you might want to skip the relax portion. I did a short bit of the relax and quit, 30 minutes, 49 calories, 86 steps. Total time was 77 minutes, 279 calories, 2,233 steps.
I am better today, still having some pain so careful. Hopefully I can do PT exercises tomorrow.
Belinda, nice work with RWH back and biceps today. Your pulmonology appointment reminded me that I have one sometime June or July. I do not see it in my agenda book so I will have to check. I used to use my rebounder for a lot of the impact moves. My neck does not do well with a lot of jumping. I can probably do something like Suzanne Bowen's Bounce with no problem though.
Jolie, I have not done Cathe Live in so long I would have to go back and refresh my memory. I know that there are some that I returned to. An hour upper weight training session would definitely give a good pump. I think that maybe I have an arthritis flare. I have a couple of things that I am concerned with but am not ready to go to a doctor and have them wanting to do extra tests.
Debbie, I hope that you continue to improve. It takes so long to correct something that went wrong. Yard work can really take its toll on us after a long session. I agree about taking your mother to be checked out. I know you are worried, and I understand. For awhile I was feeling almost normal, and then all of this pain hit. I hate having to work around the pain as I need to keep active and the doctor wants me to do strength training for bone thinning. I love egg rolls.
Cam, I vacuumed, and steam mopped late last night. It really needed it after having grandson in and out with the dog last night. Between that and workers digging and pouring concrete behind us it was dirty.
We have storms in our forecast tonight. It seems like it will be sporadic looking at the hourly. Enough that I am on the fence as to shutting the sprinklers down.
Yes, I know that the crunches and stuff is hard on the neck. I keep doing something else when the instructors do that. No numbness in my hands and arms. It seems I have had a few times. It is mostly hurting on the non surgery side. I had a mis hap with a needle biopsy in my neck once that causes nerve pain, stinging, and sometimes a crawling feeling. Oddly when I keep up with lions mane mushroom, the stinging crawling stays away. Neck pain is lack of space in my spine, and aggravated by the traps. At least that is what it appears to be. All I get from my doctor is to change meds or get an epidural in my neck. This weekend, I was seriously considering it. It is nice that your daughter comes to walk the dog.
