Good morning,

My internet went out yesterday, it didn't came on until late evening. I ended up taking a rest day yesterday.

Today I did SBF BarreAmped Total Body.

I was hoping Heather posting a new rotation, noting yet.

I will be back to catch up on personal. I have to run getting blood test done. I am still not feeling well. I am very nauseous and very fatigue since the vaccine. My doctor is running tests. BBL

Wow, April already. Can't believe it. Leaving early from work today, just don't have it mentally in me to stay all day.

This morning I didn't feel much like working out but pushed myself to get into my workout room. I ended up doing RAW Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing - this is the one with Kelly's son, Zach - and I had a really good workout. Glad I did it. Working out always makes me feel better. Instead of doing the abs at the end of this workout, I did the RAW Ab Circuit that Kelly recently posted. Good ab workout. I think there were about 6 exercises she does in 30 second increments and does them all through 3 times. It's 15 minutes long.

Total workout time was 51 minutes, burned 479 calories - Seriously, holy shit! went 3201 steps and HR was 149/189. I don't think I actually ever hit 189 but I did get in a good sweat.

Roxie - I am so sorry you weren't hired at Sephora. What a total bummer! :(

Doreen - I know, these things can happen so suddenly and unexpectedly. Sorry to hear about your co-workers husband. How sad.

Jolie - I can only imagine how you felt when your brother passed. Dwayne wasn't my brother, but in every sense of the word he was. I hurt, so I can only imagine what my husband and his other brother are going through. They are both handling it pretty well, but it is still very hard. Nice job with your workout!! You kicked but! Glad you like your new watch, what is the brand name?

Cam - I looked at the Michelle B.'s Total Body Kickboxing workout and it looks fun. I don't think I can do it right now, though, because of my knee. It has a lot of squats and lunges. But it does look like a good workout.

Diane - Great job with your workouts yesterday! I am so glad you are getting better and better. I'm sure you will be sore and have tight muscles here and there. Hopefully when you are fully healed, all of that will go away. I've been pretty good lately with my upper back and neck. Hope it stays that way. Seems as long as I don't go too heavy with the weights, I'm good.

Hope you all have a great day today and a wonderful weekend!!

The Ifit Challenge this month is Wonderful World - so they pulled together workouts from their library from all across the globe. This morning I did a 30 minute ride in Japan. Very interesting!! Its a great idea to get exposed to different trainers and workout types I don't normally pick! I would love to do some of their hiking and treadmill workouts - but I can't get them on my bike...

Today I pulled out an oldie but a goodie, P90X Shoulders and Arms and I had a fantastic workout. I love these workouts because they are BASIC exercises, nothing complicated or at a fast pace, you go at your own pace, and you do your own rep count. I chose to do X 16 reps for all exercises, I could lift a bit lighter, so I do not get hurt. Workout was 58 minutes and I burned 373 calories.

Debbie, great job on the RAW workout today, and great calorie burn!!!! I think that is the highest burn you have had in a very long time. I got a knock off Apple Watch on Amazon and it is by Hamile 1.55" watch and it looks exactly like an Apple but without the cost.

Doreen, those workouts you have found look so cool. I would love to check out the TM workouts from around the world. Where do I find these workouts?

Belinda, great job on the workout and I hope your doctor can help you feel better.

BBL to read the other posts for the day.

Today at PT we discussed my surgeon visit. My PT says they may say I do not need to continue as I am well on my way to healing. Or maybe just a day a week to check progress. He says I would continue to see improvements as I keep doing things. I may notice some things that are not quite there and can work on those. My shoulder and arm are a bit sore this afternoon. He had me switch an angle on my wall ladder climb. He said I tend to have my arm out away from me a bit and that may be why the one angle still bothers me. So, I leaned into it close to move arm straight up. Much more difficult for me that way.

Belinda I hope there is not complications with the vaccine. I hope that you are feeling better. It is frustrating when the internet goes out.

Debbie, great workout. I think I looked at Ab Circuits, but was worried about using weight or boxing moves or something. I wasn't sure if it was safe.

Doreen, I used to get Ifit with my Nautilus treadmill. I could hook up to the tv and it would even automatically adjust speed on the treadmill when doing a workout. I am sure now it works with bluetooth as that was a long time ago.

Roxie, even when a workout is short it can give results.

Jolie, it is nice to choose your own reps and weights with workouts. I have not done those in years.

Today I did CDorner 30 min Non-Stop Low Impact Cardio. It was fun and all standing. I wish it would have been about 10 min. longer. It was fun getting away from cardio drills this week.

Good workouts everyone!

Diane, thats great news, that you are close to being done with PT.

It's been a long week and I can't wait to get to bed. Have a good weekend!

Good Afternoon,

DH Sophie and I went for a walk and then I did BeachBody Job1 WK1 D4 Finish Stronger Arms,Shoulders and Legs.

Today I did CDorner Dance workout -dynamite, 58 minutes, heart rate 122/159, 253 calories, 5,118 steps. I then did Coffey Fit Raw 5 day strength day 5 stretch with a couple of skipped or modified stretches and skipping lower body foam roller, 31 minutes, heart rate 83/107, 57 calories, 24 steps Total time was 89 minutes, calories burned 310, 5,142 steps.:)
Lots of cleaning and catch up work inside and out around here today. Now I am exhausted. (in a good way) I spent some time this morning watching bits of some of Kelly's newer workouts. I ordered her Cardio Fit dvd even though I know the workout is on Raw, I want the premixes and she does have hi/lo cardio alone, and kickboxing alone. I think I might be able to use those and the lighter weight mix in will be good when I am ready to get started on that.

Cam, I like Chris workouts when they are all standing moves. It seems hiit ones usually end up down to the floor and back up. I was going to do a mobility work she did two weeks ago, but when she said it was more of a flow with down dog and stuff, I decided to go for Kelly's stretch. Kelly has some down dog in hers, for a short segment that goes into up dog. I just did something else. Still not up for resting full weight pushing off with hands. I notice most of the work PT has me doing is pull, not push movements. So I will wait a bit on working into those things. It will be nice to have that time I spend at PT to do workout stuff at home and accomplish more overall. I sometimes feel the left arm is missing out when I do a strength move only on one side. Snow in spring is not fun. I guess we had a late winter storm last year. One of the men that goes to PT was saying he waits to put out his started plants till near may to avoid one of those late freezes. Rain here last night. Looks like more next week. Nice work with PHA Strong and Sweaty.

Doreen, nice work on the Ifit strength workout.

Roxie, that is nice that you got to go for a walk with your husband and Sophie along with your Beach body workout.

I had the craziest time typing this. It kept trying to add words I was not typing. I finally had to post and leave Cathe's site to come back and edit. It was really odd.

Today I had a kickass workout, I did Les Mills Combat 30 using 1# gloves and boy am I out of shape when it comes to kickboxing. Next, I did P90X Kempo, just the kicks portion since I wanted to really work on my kicks and my form since it has been such a long time doing this sort of workout. The reason I am going back to kickboxing is, it really gets my upper body leaned out, I have back fat at the moment, and it leans out my legs. I wore a back support brace and so far, my low back feels fine. I was dripping wet by the time that I finished my workout today. Workout was 50 minutes; this included the stretch and I burned 445 calories. My new fitness watch tracked almost exactly the same as my FB during the Les Mills Combat workout, so it is doing a great job for the price. Also, I like the look better for this watch, it is more update looking.

Diane Sue, I am so happy for you and your progress with your shoulder. I bet it must feel great to get your mobility back and to start sleeping better. Way to go on the workouts this week, well done!

Cam, nice job on the workouts the last few days.

Doreen, I am going to check out that app for the TM workouts, thanks!

Roxie, great job on the bike workout.

Debbie, I hope you and your family are doing well during this difficult time, prayers coming your way!

Make it a great day!

Today I did CDorner Int.-Adv. Step. I liked it. It took me a few times through to get some of the combos down, but I like that challenge. It went quick. I didn't feel like any floor stuff today, so I enjoyed some steady state cardio. I tried not to do too much bouncy moves, but darn it feels good to do step with no pain going down my neck arms. Thats why I can do longer step workouts, but I better not do too much. I think next month when I see my Ortho, I am going to show him a YT Step clip and see what he says. He originally told me that would be fine, but I am not sure he knows what I do.

Jolie - Looking into that watch you got.... does it use GPS to map a route for your walks you took and track distance, elevation gain, speed etc? Looking for something to replace my broken Fitbit and would like something that shows my bike trips. TIA!

Good morning,

Heather Robinson didn't posted a new rotations. I saw Caroline Girvan posting a new rotations called IRON series, it looked good. I did IRON Series 30 Min Leg Workout - Dumbbell Leg Day | 1 this morning. Really like the slower pace. No cardio in this series either. She will do 2 upper + 2 lower body + 1 TB each week. Each workout will be around 30 min.

I have a Ortho appointment. I will be back later.

This morning I did RAW Slim Sculpt #2 and had a good workout. It had a lot of lower body moves that I did lightly so sort of bummed. I really miss working my legs, I think I am going to have to get this knee x-rayed. I may make an appointment when I'm on spring break in a couple of weeks. One day it doesn't hurt, next day I can't go down the stairs again. I don't understand what is going on. I think I need to get it looked at.

Anyways, I did what I could and I really liked the layout of this workout. Typical Kelly, but that is why I love her workouts.

Three rounds, 45 seconds on 10 off

Plank/Knee-ins
Boxing
- 2# wts
Plie Squats - 8's (I did them very shallow, last set I did hammer curls)
Jacks/Fighter Stance - I did low jacks
Boxing - 2# wts
Ice Breakers
Squat/Overhead
Press/Triceps Extension - 8's
Rope/Knee
Boxing
- 2#wts
Front/Back Lunges - 8's (only did two sets of this then did hammer curls with the last set)
Forward Dumbbell Roll - 8# (this was cool, not even sure how to describe this move)
Ice Skaters
Boxing
- 2# wts
Alternate Flamingos
Repeat 2 more times

So fun, really liked the exercises she picked in this one. Workout was 50 minutes, burned 438 calories (not sure about that!), did 3151 steps and HR was 137/158. I am loving these calorie burns, damn!!

We still don't have the autopsy report back so nothing has been done about my BIL's funeral. I know he is going to be buried at a Veteran's Park because he was a Marine. They are paying for the entire funeral for him. After hearing what actually happened from the guy who was with him, we are thinking it was an aneurysm. We will know for sure this week hopefully.

Have a great day everyone, nice job on all your workouts this weekend!! Killing it!!

Day 4 of Built Strong on Ifit with John Peel. This was upper body followed by a quick abs circuit. My dog jumped on me during abs. Then we walked on the TM for 10 minutes becuase it is yucky outside this morning - misting and cold.

Good workouts everyone - IRON looks interesting Belinda.
