Good morning,

Yesterday I did JS Mat Fusion Flow: Sunrise Mix - 30 min is done. Lots of shoulder mobility in that one. For some reason, my shoulder/biceps is acting up again. Not sure what is going on?

Yesterday we went to the manatees park, was a little disappointing. They had a fence far away from the manatees. Was hard to see them, the water was very dark. We also took a sunset cruise in the evening. We saw lots of dolphins, which was amazing to watch them up close.

Today I did JS TB workout. Going to get a pampered for the wedding tomorrow. BBl

Roselyn, I hate when all the kids leave after the holidays too! I have one son still at home so that keeps me busy and the house noisy. My oldest son leaves on New Years Day, has to get back to work. He is trying to get a job in San Diego so that will be nice if he does, it is only an hour away verses a 9-hour drive to Reno NV.

Today I had an excellent workout. I did CL #328 Upper Body Shred, workout was 1 hour, and it included a core segment. This is a fast-paced high calorie burn workout using lighter weights and I liked it a lot. I did not go as fast since I used heavier weights. I burned 411 calories.

Belinda, bummer about the park you went to, the mammals were so far away. I hope you are enjoying your trip.

Debbie, nice job on the workout yesterday. What brand of TM do you have? I want to buy a new one and I am not sure which one to purchase. Mine is so big and I want to bring it into the house, but it is way too large. I looked at the Nordic Track and those seem more streamlined, but they are expensive.

Going out to breakfast with my parents for the holidays tomorrow so no workout for me. See you all on Monday and have a wonderful weekend.

Yesterday I did Lift Move & Restore Barre + Bonus foam roller, 64 minutes, 160 calories, heart rate 94/136. I have not had as much time to get in a workout. That was it. Between the shadowboxing raw workout and the full LMR upper body workout, my neck and upper back, and ribs have been hurting. Mostly the neck and upper back. So I chose the Barre workout. It uses 3# dumbbells for upper body, mini ball and bands for the abs and lower body. Format was lower/upper/core then to the next group.
Today Since I was sore and really short on time I did CDorner Hiit Style Cardio Low Impact which was not really low impact. She was doing jacks and thrusters, mountain climbers, so I did my own thing on some moves or her suggested low impact move. This was 32 minutes, heart rate 141/162, 178 calories, 2,870 steps. I finished with Raw Yoga Stretch 15 minutes, 25 calories.
No workout tomorrow and Monday morning I am taking my dog to the vet to get help with a skin issue and flare up. Missing patches of fur.
 
Evening,

We just got into DC, staying tonight at DD condo.Traveling is sucks. My infusion is in the morning. We had a lot of fun yesterday. Saw a wild alligator at a pond yesterday. He was just hanging out. Got a great picture too. Got in lots of steps at the airports.

Diane - I hope the vet can help your fur baby with the missing patches of fur.

Jolie - I got to see a wild alligator at a bond outside. It was very cool. Got a nice picture too. It made up for the mammals. The are suppose to be everywhere around Fort Mayers, I didn‘t see one.

I am super tired from the flight. I will be back tomorrow..
 
This morning I did RAW Box & Pump 8 and I had an excellent workout. I didn't really feel like working out this morning but once I got started, I had a great workout.

Workout was 41 minutes, burned 296 calories, did 1818 steps and HR was 127/162.

Jolie - The Upper Body Shred you did, is that one you've done before? I don't recognize it. I almost want to subscribe to CL again but I am always on the fence about it. Great job with the workout, I wish you would have posted the exercises, I would have loved to see what that workout entails. But no worries, like I said, I probably won't be subscribing any time soon anyways. My treadmill brand is Pro-Form 11.0 TT and I love it. I got it at Costco's for a steal several years ago. It still works like new, I've never had to oil the belt or anything. It's hydraulic, too, so you get a bit of cushion when you run. It is pretty big, though.

Diane - Sorry your neck and upper back got sore after the shadow boxing and LMR workout. I hope it is better today. Two rest days should help!

Belinda - Glad you are back and had a great time. Traveling does suck, it sometimes sucks all the fun out of vacation. LOL on the alligator! That would be scary to see.

Roselyn - Great job on your workouts!

Have a great day everyone!! I am going to try and workout every day this week but my DH will be off starting on New Years day so I'm not sure what plans we will have. Hopefully I can workout. I need to, I've been eating way too much bad stuff. Can't wait until the New Year begins and I can settle down with my foods.

I did JS TB today. I got a good night sleep last night. Feeling a little better today.

Debbie - it really does take the fun out of vacation. I don‘t like sitting around the airport with all those long layovers. We had a 3 hour layover, I almost pulled my hair out, lol. Got a great step count. Great job on your workout.

Diane - sorry the shadow boxing made your neck and upper back sore. I hope with lots of stretching and resting you feel better soon.

I worked out yesterday and did LMR Lower Body 56 minutes, 170 calories, 106/159 heart rate, folllowed by LMR Pilates timesaver foam roller 22 minutes, 44 calories, heart rate 85/105. I really do like the pilates workout and the foam roller has moves like scapular retractions, bicycles with hips on the foam roller, and covers a lot of movement for the joints. I did not want to do the part with the stability ball as it has push ups with feet on the ball and v ups feet on the ball. Protecting neck and shoulders right now. I am taking Thursday off since my grandson is coming to spend the night:). Sorry I am not getting here as much to post. I plan on doing some cardio and stretching this morning.

I cannot believe that it is the last day of the year! Yesterday I did CL Vertical Loading workout and did really well, I used my rowing machine instead of doing weights for the legs portion of the workout and it was just as good for the legs. Today I did a TM workout since the tennis season started!!! I walked uphill on my TM for 1 hour and 20 minutes, traveled 4 miles, incline was between 4% incline to 8% incline and I burned 589 calories. My legs are going to be feeling it tomorrow that is for sure. I am going to start doing more TM workouts in the New Year so I can walk instead of sitting while I watch my favorite tennis matches. I will probably alternate that and the CL workouts for the time being and walking the pup. I gained 4 pounds over the past 2 months so I want to get that fat off ASAP!

Debbie, sorry I did not post the workout, I never have that much time to do it. I loved it, and I will be doing it again. Next time I will post it. It was filmed during Covid she did it by herself. It was great! I am going to look at TMs this week if I can, I saw a that a lot of places are having sales on them this week.

Great job on the workouts everyone! I will go back and read your posts for the past few days but I am headed out the door with my son who leaves tomorrow, we are getting Sushi for lunch!

I did JS Cardio Core Flow and a dance workout today. I have my surgery in 8 day‘s. It‘s getting close.

Today I did CDorner Cardio Aerobics old school 34 minutes, 194 calories, heart rate 142/166, 4,413 steps and CDorner mobility flow, 30 minutes, 47 calories. Also some back pod work.

Belinda, nice wokr with JS Cardio Core Flow and dance workout.

Jolie, good job on Vertical Loading and today's treadmill workout.
