Todays workout was Chest and Triceps. I did 4 exercises per muscle group, 3 sets, 12 reps and 1 minute rest in between sets. Workout was 1 hour and I burned 315 calories. I did some leg raise type of ab work at the end of the workout. I cannot do any crunches due to my disc problem but the leg raises I can do and they are effective. Average heart rate was 104 and max was 146.

Debbie, Nice arm workout today! I love that workout, I should do it too. I will probably order the new workouts as well, I like 4 Day Split and if it is similar, I'm sold.
