Linda,

Hope your shoulders feel better. Horrible when they don't. If anyone knows, I do, but I am FINIALLY getting better...just afraid to screw it up again so I am gonna start really dropping my weights down and not going as heavy cuz being in pain all the time is not something I want.

Char - I am the same place. My shoulder is feeling better and I don't want to set myself back again, so I am taking all shoulder exercises real easy. Glad to hear yours is on the mend. Shocked to hear DMV can suspend your license for whooping cough.

LOL. Sometimes it's quite overwhelming. It hasn't been too bad as of late. Glad you liked to Pro Pudding. Not sure how you're mixing it, but the easiest way is using a shaker - like one you would use with Slimfast. It mixes it well.

Debbie
- I swear at least 90% of those threads in that forum contained your name. I hadn't been there in forever, but I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do this week. Seriously, you need to quit your day job and get certified (not certifiable:p). Oh, and I use my Magic Bullet on the Pro Pudding, makes is nice and light.:D:D:D:D

LOL!!! I should become certified. Too much money, though. Wish I could. You used the Magic Bullet? I never thought to use that. Which top do you use? The large one or the small one???

Debbie - I use the small top. Mainly because that is the one I have out all the time, but just happens to be the perfect size for the pudding! Just had some for lunch. YUM! Is the chocolate as good as the vanilla?

Yep, I like the chocolate better but that's because I'm a choco-holic. I can't imagine that would fit in the small one with 6 oz. of water. I need to try it.

Oh wow - STS Disc 4. My arms are doing things that I did not know was possible :p ...Now they feel like jello!

Diane Sue and Sonya - about myfitnesspal.com - I tend to snack throughout the day. There is no way that I have the desire to figure out how much I eat each time (weight amounts) and get that in the computer. I don't eat much each time and know, calorie-wise, about what it would add up to - as it is, I still don't eat enough calories. Do you not eat anything other than what you write down here and on the website, or do you just ignore small bites of something? I don't eat junky stuff, just nibbles here and there. Thank you!

Shanna...I pretty much track everything that goes into my mouth! :p I am not a big snacker though so it is pretty easy for me. You would be surprised at the VAST amount of items that are already in there!

Linda - thanks for the TIPS on versa grips! That should help. How did you find out about how to wear them?

Your welcome. I actually talked to one of the reps at Versagripps when I was trying to pick which version to by and he gave me that info. I was completely blown away when I found it wasn't included with the gripps themselves when you receive them. I was like well how would people know??

Shana, I log everything most of the time. Even if it is a small snack. With MyFitnessPal if it is something I have had earlier in the day and I just am eating a little more of the same thing I just click on it where I logged it earlier and change the portion size. That program is so easy to find just about anything. Even brands that you would think would never be in there. I will say though that I never did get everything put in there today. Just way too busy. I have hardly touched the computer today.

Eating today was not so good. No breakfast. Post workout I ate a small piece of left over pork tenderloin. I ran out to get a birthday present bought and some other errands done. Came home and bathed the dogs and shampooed carpet and forgot about eating. Before we went to Outback for the birthday party I had some cottage cheese. Now at Outback I did terrible. Ate bread no butter. DD ordered an awesome blossom( I love onion rings and have never tried one of these) Anyway I ate way to much of it. By the time my grilled chicken and swiss sandwich came I was stuffed. I ended up taking off half the bun and leaving most of the fries sit. I need to make better choices tomorrow as we are going out again with friends. Only thing is I will probably go for my standard grilled fish and burgundy mushrooms for the side.

Debbie, I know that recovery weeks are good. Usually I have left those for our vacations but I haven't had a regular vacation in a long time. I went with DD and her family a few months ago and didn't work out for 3 days. For me I guess that sort of counts as recovery. Or when I had pneumonia. That was like forced recovery. Not such a good way to do it:eek:

Anne, I used 15# dumbbells on the wall squats. I used to add them to wall squats on other workouts that had wall squats. Cathe makes it harder though when we have to put them on the floor and pick them back up. I have to make sure my feet are far enough away from the wall because it hurts my knees when I go that low if I don't. My legs and glutes have remained pretty sore through this mesocycle.

Patti, my workout card is so messy today. I need to reprint it and write my weights on it again. I did so much scratching and starting over and notes in the margins. I repeated several of the exercises because I didn't go heavy enough the first time. And I thought I had some of it figured out so I could get through it more quickly. Still took me 15 minutes longer with the repeats and pauses.
