Today I did Raw Box & Pump 8, 40 minutes, 139 calories, heart rate 108/139. Plus I started this twice and tried starting over, my watch kept going to strength so I ended up with 5 minutes, I did not delete which was another 22 calories. When I deleted it went right back to strength when I was trying to get the screen to choose cardio. I shut the watch down and restarted and it worked fine after that. Also for what ever reason I was boxing and my watch said my HR was 89. Still calories were only slightly higher than last time I did this workout. I then did Raw Shadowboxing #2, 18 minutes, 65 calories, heart rate 103/140 followed by Raw Yoga Stretch, 14 minutes, 23 calories. Total time was 77 minutes, 249 calories.

Debbie, I really enjoyed lift and kick. Although I think it may be why my low back is hurting today. I probably pushed the weight too much, although I did not use a 50# and it was one dumbbell only. I have been having issues with it lately anyway. Things hit me a couple of days after I do the workouts. Cardio and weight workouts are good when time is an issue. I have picked up new shadows lately. Or should I say I had them in my wish list and my husband purchased them for me. I also purchased Jane Iredale Wildflower pallet. I kept hedging till I saw someone with the llighter colors on which I thought I would like. Also I got the IT shadow sticks in passionate pearl, bionic bronze(not my favorite), silk armour almost gone already
, amethyst, and slate. I like amethyst and slate paired with passionate pearl. They stay on well with my allergies. Thanks on the workouts. I try to get something in. There will be some other days month that are hard to get anything in on. I will work around them like usual. We should have our bikes put together this weekend. Maybe some extra exercise there. Hope I remember how to ride one after around 49 years of never riding one.

Belinda, nice job on STS 2 Legs and Flow with Mira Abs. I need to do her chest and back workouts again. I do like how she really helps with body alignment through moves. Her abs are probably pretty good. On the other workouts I have done I have had to put at least one hand behind my head though when she is doing things with head off the floor. Particularly with arms overhead. My neck does not like it. Thanks for the prayers and thoughts on the workouts. I try to get them in as much as possible.
My doctor and the place I get my dexa scan done told me I should use an elliptical. I tried my daughters before and never cared to have one. No where to put one anyway. They said that or swimming, but I do not have a pool and besides that I would be hanging on to the edge and dog paddling. I had swimming lessons 2 years in school and never passed.
