Good news on the job front!

OK you all know I haven't been very happy here. I've been looking for some time & have sent out quite a few resumes.

It appears I've made the short list for a great position one town over (meaning I still won't have to commute :) ). It's a step up with better pay & better working conditions. Less hours but more responsibility.

Since I obviously can't say anything to anyone in my teeny tiny community I just HAD to share with SOMEONE! Wish me luck & keep your fingers crossed.......being as this is government I expect nothing will happen until after the holiday, but nevertheless things are moving! :) :) :) :)

Yeeeeeh, less hours to work mean more hours to work out with Cathe, more hours to spend on the forum and more time to spend with the puppies and a happy Laura who doesn't have to deal with nasty boss peeing all over the bathroom!! Sounds like a good plan to me!!

Yeah Laura!:7 Lets hope they didn't offer "Mr. Wee-wee Pants" a job there too right?:) Just kiddin' and congrads!

That's great news, Laura! I hope you get it and the new job is a "psycho-free co-worker zone!" It sounds like you've had some real doozies where you are now. Please, keep us all posted.
