Gone too far!

Yikes, that's a bad shot.

I've always loved Madonna. After watching her over the years and reading interviews, it's clear she's an intense person. Nothing is done half-a**ed. That can be a good thing if you know how to harness such compulsion. It can also backfire.

I sometimes wonder how happy she is.

Yikes is right! That first one is a bad shot and I wonder how low her body fat is...it's not like she doesn't have muscle though...she has very nicely shaped shoulders. She is a seriously intense/extreme person but it does seem she's taken it a bit far....although she's always been a workout fanatic since I can recall.

That's just sick! She looks like death. I'm not kidding. That is no way to be. It's got to be completely unhealthy! I hope she gets herself some help before she does some permanent damage.

Well I think in the second link, she looks SO MUCH more healthy in the left pic. And the 2nd pic, well i don't know what happened. I hope she's not getting to crazy on something. She is pretty but DANG......she needs just a wee bit more of body fat...but who am I to say who needs what? lol:p

That's to bad! I give her credit for keeping herself in shape, but you wonder what her young teenage daughter thinks of this behavior. Thin is never thin enough!

There was another picture of Madonna a few weeks ago in the NY Daily News and she looked terrible--the same skinny arms with muscles and veins. Believe me it was not attractive.

Yikes, these are the arms of someone who died or is close to dying!!!

I'm not 100% sure but I think the pic is retouched... or the lighting is bad... In any case you can notice where it's been tampered with...
Look at her face (right off 1988-Like A Prayer era) and neck... they both look full and healthy... and really that's how one should judge the condition of a person. Also her cleavage doesn't show any bones... when judging from her skinny arms it should.

In any case, after a workout or even when she plays the guitar in her shows, her veins pop out.

I think newspapers are just looking for a beat...

Chris.

I wondered about this too Chris. Something about the pic just doesn't seem right.

I think that this is when she looked her best:

Her face looks nice and full now, especially compared to her arms because she gets injections and uses lots of facial products with hyaluronic acid.

Honestly, the picture looks majorly photo shopped to me. I've seen recent pictures of her and they don't look anything like that. I think it's been tinkered with.

IIRC TMZ.com posted these pics first and honestly i don't trust that site. just reminds me over an over hyped enquirer or something.

kassia

Here's another one, different outfit, hair etc, doesn't seem touched up to me, but sill showing here extremely sinewy arms. I'd like to believe the photos are fake, but they don't look retouched to me, then again, how would i know :p. I'm just hoping she wakes up and realizes she has gone too far with this goal, lay off the insane eating and workouts, and look elsewhere to keep her mind occupied.

ITA. Unless I'm actually seeing someone face to face, I'm jaded enough that I don't believe it. Photos do in fact lie.
