Finally a workout this week!
ICE Timesaver #6 from LIS.
I was suppose to do Basic #2 WO but I really don't have the energy today. Sleep Monday night was terrible!
Up and down shutting off the alarm for the fire alarm system. The power kept going on and off which messes up the alarm. ARGH!
Sherry: Nice job on your run. Work has been crazy for me lately. Early morning meeting and then work yesterday. I am with ya on the
warmer days ahead. It was in the 50's but raining yesterday but I will take it over the -20 something!
Belinda: You are really knocking out those workouts lately! Nice job!
Alee: How are you doing? Any new rotation plans? I have a plan but work is getting the best of me lately. :/
Dinners have been made ahead at least which helps with the running around and starving when I walk through the door. No excuses to grab junk food when there is good food waiting.
