JM Ripped in 30 workout #1: Amazing how simple this is but sweated buckets anyway. LOL!

Oh, it's April already, isn't it? Wow, time is flying this year.

Last night went to see DD's team play. She sat on the bench, but was just so glad to get out around people. That took up the evening after work, so no exercise for me.

Today, got in dog walks for wu and cd, and sprints. Wanted to do D21, but ran to the store to get more baking stuff for DD. Having her helping get ready for the weekend since she can't do basically anything else all day. She's home from school, and can't look at any electronics, read or even mild exercise. Would be difficult for anyone, much less an active teenager. Anyway, time got away from me, so that will be tomorrow night.

Belinda - Great wo's today - they must be working, 'cause you keep including them! ;)

Heidi - Yep, JM can get you even though it seems simple. Bet you'll be feeling it tomorrow if you aren't used to hers. ;)

Sara - packed and ready to roll? Enjoy your trip!

WO done - finally got in D21 - 3 weeks of M2 finally down! Plus a quick dog walk in while the rain stalled for a few minutes.

Holiday for work, so already getting things done, including my wo. 3 mile run plus dog walk and stretch. Picking DS up from school in a bit, then my brother and his wife will be visiting for the weekend, so frantically trying to get the house ready.

Belinda - Is your DH back to working out with you? I know his back was bothering him.

I did my workout planned yesterday: Afterburn.

I have a run planned for this evening with abs. :)

I am definitely feeling all my workouts this week!

Sherry: It must be super hard for your DD not to get into her phone or texting etc. Poor thing. I hope she gets well soon. Does she still have headaches from the accident?

I am up early and having my coffee with you. :) I didn't get in my run last night but will this morning!

My hamstrings were very tight last night from AB. Will need more stretching for sure!

I have another JM workout coming in today! Yeah! I know, I know I said I wasn't going to be adding to my collection...
There is a challenge on her website and I couldn't resist trying out her new workouts.
Killer Body and Yoga Inferno

The first has combo workouts for front/back and lower body. You do each wo twice a week. So that's 6 days of workouts for the week.
Reading some of the posts the lower body one is pretty tough....will see. ;)

So I am adding these to my current rotation plan. Some workouts on the Jan. 2015 rotation I really don't care for or do not have anymore.

So back to today's plan:
Run! and ABS!

Run and abs completed this morning before 9AM

Did P90X Ab ripper for the abs. OOF! Going to feel this later! Hipflexors for sure!

Happy Easter!

Company has left, and we sure did eat while they were here - way too much. I'll need to be working this off all week. Yesterday we walked the dogs, and already did that today, as that's about the speed I'm moving. However, I do need to get the energy up for a 3 mile run still today. Eating will need to be super clean this week to make up for the excess this weekend.

DD doing very well today - no headache at all, and even reading a bit and watching TV - brain is healing nicely, thank goodness. She should be able to do school work starting tomorrow. Recheck with the doc this week, so hopefully clearance to start back slowly with sports.

And we also bought a new toy - a spin bike. And that means we're also getting some spin DVD's - Cathe's, of course, as well as some Spinervals.

Belinda - Glad your DH can work out with you. Enjoy your Easter in DC with the kids. :)

Heidi - Good job on your run yesterday, and planning your meals. But how are those abs feeling today? ;)

Sara - Have a blast on your trip!

Run done - did 3 miles, but was really having to work at it - will be better when I clean up my eating.

Taking DS back to campus shortly.

Just finished my first spin session with CycleMax - boy does that work the legs a bit different. Loved it, but bet I'll be feeling it tomorrow. ;) Dog walk, too.

Heidi - Good job with JM today. hard to eat clean - had DD baking because she couldn't do much else. Now we're paying for it, but it will be gone soon.

Belinda - Glad you had a good time with the kids. Nice job getting back in the swing of it today.
