Off to shower and work. Have to go shopping for my DS 20th BD! EEK! I can't believe he is 20! He is my last child of 4 and there is a 10 year gap between him and the oldest Son.

I did Turbo Fire 45 this morning. Tonight I will do 21 Day Fix Upper.

Sherry - nice job yesterday with CycleMax. Love the premixes too. Now I want a spin bike :)

Good news - DD is cleared to resume normal activities! Well, take it easy the rest of this week, but since it's spring break, there's no soccer practice. She'll catch up on homework and do some conditioning work, like ride the spin bike or run on the treadmill (more cushion), and if all stays good, on Monday she'll be back to school and back to sports. So relieved she healed quickly. So, no more baking binges - which will help my waist line for sure!

Tonight's wo was sprints - kept my pace down due to Sunday's horrible run, and feeling so good afterwards that I could have taken it up more. I'll do that next week. Poor dog didn't get in a walk - raining this evening.

Heidi - Great wo's this morning. Hope you enjoyed shopping. Legs were a bit stiff this morning, but thankfully loosened up.

Belinda - Great wo's for you, too! Have you done many of the Cathe Live classes? Sounds like those who do, love them.

Sara - Hope you are enjoying your week.

Sherry - the workouts are similar to her dvd's :) I only done 2 so far. My friend wanted me to do a Cathe Live with her, do I did :D Nice job on your workouts as well.

Tonight - 3 mile run and stretch - on tm because the pour down started just as I was getting ready to run. :(

Belinda - what, only 1 wo today? You are slacking! Also, I saw your list of purchases on another thread. Maybe you should find an exercise DVD collectors anonymous group. ;)

Heidi - Nice wo today. Glad the headache went away and you were able to get it done. DH get anything good at the market?

Yesterday's workout:
JM Killer Body legs. Yup feeling it this morning!

This mornings WO:
Studio Sweat On Demand spin bike WO. PHEW! This was about 35min but quite the leg burner.
Called: SpeedSpin 10 Mystery Ride. :)

After I did RWH Back, shoulders and biceps. Another Phew! Arms were shaking for sure by the end! Maybe I should do the biceps first next time.

It's Saturday!

Which means lots of errands and such in addition to the wo, but I did get in a 3 mile run, and legs felt good even though I did Legs last night. Dog walk, too.

Belinda - Great job on your wo today. yes, I bet you spend some money after I saw your list! ;)

Heidi - Nice sweat fest for you today, too!

Yup that is a new one. ;) I hope that I can do it for my arms and all around hurts! Legs could really do with some stretching.

Getting back into biking. Following a backstage pass program. I have it set for just three days a week and 30-40 min tops so I can squeeze in
my current rotation with Cathe's Jan. 2015 rotation. Will see.....
