Thanks for this great rotation. I finished yesterday. And while I loved it, I am pretty sure I could not do it again right away. It was definitely a tough and challenging rotation.

I'm going to try this rotation but I will switch Days 4 & 5. Day 3 is a total body, day 4 is circuit, and day 5 is cardio. I'm going to put the cardio in between the total body and circuit days.
I love all the workouts in this rotation. Looking forward to it!

Great rotation. In week 4 on day two you listed High Intensity. What dvd is this?
