Found a funny in ab circuit

I got my STS abs today & was previewing with my DS - he actually saw it. During the partner abs - the last one. When they go to switch sides on the standing ball exchange the guys take a count or two to figure out which way they're going - kind of cute!!
We're all human I guess

Love the whole thing though - Great ab work. Can't wait to actually do one!!

Tami, I missed seeing that! I did Partner ABS with my 2 older GK's Saturday! (7 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old) The ball was flying all over the place! (Non-weighted) I was still sore the next day from all the bending, twisting, throwing! FUN workout!

Deb, I got you r e-mail, sounds like you had a great time with them. Thinking I may have to use the non-weighted ball for a while with my shoulder also.

What a great idea to do the partner abs with the kids and a non-weighted ball. Just might have to try that with my nieces the next time they come over!

Tami, yes, I think you'll feel it bigtime even w/o a weighted ball. There are so many turns, bends and of course running after the ball if you or your partner misses it!

April, my GK's had so much fun. They were laughing and I think they thought they were so cool following along with the DVD! Let me know if you give it a whirl with your nieces.

I did partner abs w/ my 11 yr old son!

It was really fun! The kids are used to seeing me do all kinds of workouts, my 5 yr old even tries to imitate. But this one my DS could actually do w/me since he's just about my height (i'm only a hair over 5 ft so don't think he's some kind of giant!)

We used an old 8lb med ball w/handles - way too bulky. Think i need to go med ball shopping...
