Flawed DVD's on Ebay

I just wanted to throw up a quick warning to those who are looking to get the new DVD's on Ebay that it appears as though some of the more unscrupulous sellers are trying to unload the original set of flawed DVD's. Several sellers have indicated that they are selling replacedment DVD's but several others do not indicate that this is the case and one in particular "onemorrep" openly admits that the DVD does not have an accompanying jacket or explains that "This dvd has NO jacket.The company sent me an extra.it is gently used and an awesome dvd.Its up for a great price and does the job"

Of course if this is a seller who is legitimately trying to sell the replacement DVD, then I extend my most sincere apologies and suggest that you indicate that such is the case in your auction

Hopefully the word will spread quickly and no one will be able to profit so unfairly from this :-(

"The company sent me an extra?" What a load of malarky. The "company" sent her a replacement (and she should have sent the original back). Shame on some people!

Hopefully that person will get charged for not sending back the originals. SNM should charge people for not sending them back since now people can go and sell the originals then. I hope that is what they do because that is not fair to SNM or to us that do the right thing.

Actually SNM did send me an extra Drill Max because in the very first round, they sent me 2 Drill Maxes and no LIC. When they sent the LIC they told me to just keep the extra Drill Max. (I did end up sending it back when I got my replacements though). But if this is the case on ebay then that seller is selling a defective copy... and I agree with you that's not fair to SNM!
