I'm excited!! I was able to complete 40/20 without needing CPR! It was actually more 40/40 for me, and I needed to modify a few moves, but I was dripping with sweat and felt accomplished! I had feared this workout for so long and this rotation and the ladies on this forum have been pushing me to do more than I thought I could
Hopefully my thunder thighs will see some results! I followed this with Core #1 from Xtrain and then did the BBW but sadly enough didnt have the energy to tack on the Bonus Barre from LBB.
Here's the progress for my first week of my tweaked Rock Bottoms:
Sun: Afterburn (1-10 x1 premix) + abs
Mon: UY disc 5 Balance (not too tough so didnt really feel worked out)
Tues: LBB standing only + abs
Wed: unplanned rest day
Thurs: CTX Upper body (omitted shoulders)
Fri: planned rest day
Sat: 40/20 + abs + BWW (minus Barre)
Sun: will do UY #6 Detox
I dont realistically seeing my doing Doubles, but we'll see. Not sure if next week I should do the workouts I didnt do from week 1 such as KPC, Athletic Step, Plyo Legs, KickMax or start with Week 2 and tweak those selections of workouts. It probably doesnt matter too much as long as I'm doing the leg workouts, BWW and the walking lunges. I may pair up my upper body day with the barre work.
