Stacy - you seem really out of sorts. Good on you for doing something! Keep at it. I know what you mean about the potential for injury when feeling sluggish. I tweeked my achilles tendon a couple of days ago, because I was getting tired. I haven't tried the BH 10 minute abs. Just wait until you try the full w/o
Re your weight - I don't know where you been in the past???? I'm off on holiday in just under 3 weeks, and I'd love to trim my thighs a bit more.....
Stacy - over 2 hours outside sounds wonderful. All that vitamin D will have done you so much good.
I did Hiit 30/30 today, plus Xtrain Legs (premix with Barre). My legs are really feeling this rotation.... it better had work.
