Hi Debbie,

I will be starting a new 4 week rotation on Monday (man time flyes!) I didnt get a chance to order my Pyramid workout, would it be ok to alternate between Slow and Heavy and Gym Style for 4 weeks?

1st Week- Slow and Heavy

2nd-Gym Style

3rd-slow and Heavy

4th-Gym Style

Would this rotation build muscle or maintain?

Thanks Debbie, have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Lourdes! If you go as heavy as you can with each workout you will build. Take longer rest periods then Cathe if you are looking to build. This rotation looks good to me. :)

Have a great weekend!

Debbie,

I plan to order a few more of Cathe's strength/toning DVD's. Which ones do you think would be more beneficial? I was thinking of the Gym Style or Pyramid or 4DS for days when I don't make it to the gym. Oh, do you know where I can purchase them at a lower price maybe aside for the actual shop cathe?

Hi Debbie!

I have a question rewarding different body types. I was browsing on the check in challenges and I came across Toasty and Diane Sue pictures. I see toasty lifts totally heavy and Diane Sue does lots of cardio. How in the world is Diane Sue able to maintain that muscle and definition with all that cardio she does, and why if Toasty lifts hevier isn't as define and Diane Sue? They both look great, I just want to be able to understand? My look looks more like Toasty with the exception of does abs (I wan't abs like that!) How do you get the look Diane Sue has, is it years of dedication or is it body type, genes? Very confuse! By the way I'm getting great results with your help of course. Did I mention that I hate band work (brutal!) I'm still strugling with my diet, I'm about 400 calories down and over carbs, and under protein. I will keep working on my diet. Thanks Debbie!

Hi Lourdes!
Alot of it is the different body types we are. I believe Diane Sue is a mesomorph, which means she builds muscle easily. She does ALOT of cardio and that keeps her really lean and defined. Toasty is an Ectomorph and she needs to do less cardio to gain muscle. I'm always on her about doing too much cardio but she just loves it too much to give up. LOL! Alot of it is genes as well.

Keep being consistent. I'm glad you are seeing results with my help!

Hi Debbie!

Just a few words. YOU LOOK GREAT!!!

Lourdes

P.S. Any chance you might consider posting whole image of yourself in the near future?

Hi Debbie ~

Thinking of trying one of your rotaions for November for the first time. Currently I am doing Cathe's October rotation along with the 100 push up challenge (mine is going to be morelike a 8 week program rather than the 6 week ;))
For November I am wanting something to build muscle in my legs. I looked at your Sept 08 Leg Blast Rotation but from what you stated this isn't what I am looking for if I'm looking to build muscle. I found you Fall/Winter 2007 Leg Blast Rotation. Do you think this one would be a better choice?

Thanks so much!

One more question - Sunday is always my rest day so would it be Ok so flip flop Day 6 & 7? Not putting that rest between the legs & a cardio.

Yes, you can do that rotation and build. Just go as heavy as you can and take more rests.

And yes, you can swap your rest days. No problem there.
