Hello ladies. I hear you on the weight training. I'm planning on doing Charlean as soon as my training for my 1/2 marathon is over. I do believe that I'd be overtraining if I did BOTH....I think I was overtraining with just the one...no way I"m going to mix the two. I will mix lighter weight work with the cardio...but nothing too intense until after race.
Today I did an easy 3.5 mile run, then Charlean Burn Abs. It was good combo. I might do stage 3 of Jillian's 30 day shred later...just so I can say I've done it. I am borrowing that DVD from my technician.

Today's been busy. So much to do when you work every other day! I'm planting some houseplants, organizing, doing stuff like that. I pre-made the bean & rice casserole thingie (jen or Christine's recipe). I hope my family likes it. I had to concentrate when I made it. I'm not a super cook.
Alrighty, I'm off to get busy again. So much to do when girls are sleeping, I only have an hour before the two eldest boys come home!
