Rower- IFit Ultimate Time Crunch Workout # 2 - 20 min.
Elliptical- IFit Basic Mobility Workout # 1 - 25 min.
YT- Leslie- 1 mile Happy Walk - 15 min.
CatheLive - “Metabolic Madness” (warmup, 1st Round, & stretch which made a
30 min. Workout)

Today, Sunday, I did Coffeyfit Raw Boxing & Step Drills - 30 min. And Peloton
30 min. Full Body Bike Bootcamp.. that will probably be my workouts for today.

That was it!

Tuesday workout—- on the rower, IFit “Lake Bled, Slovenia”
Also IFit bike workout “Gibbs Hill Lighthouse Interval Ride, Bermuda”

Hi Nora, good job, as always....Wednesday workout was the Weighted Kickboxing workout from Kelly’s Body Design dvd. I love that dvd, one of my favorites of hers.
I use my egg weights and add on the little extra stretch at the end.

Jack is doing pretty good, we have had several trips here lately to the vet, he was a little
sick week before last and I had to take him yesterday again for an ear infection.

Norway ski tour recovery workout-20 min. Have a good rest of the day...

Whoops, I believe it's Lyngen Alps in Norway....not Lincoln :)
