Hi Nora, I hope things will work out for Ares.....

Tonight was an Ifit resistance tubing workout, upper body, and followed it with one
Of their stretches. Worked today, so that's it.

Well, that wasn't quite it :), I ended up doing a blender as well, "Cardio Supersets: Legs"

now, that's it....

Sorry for the late check in I got distracted we got out dog back today.
Vet says he has pneumonia and salmon poisoning, so he is on meds for that.
He has like 10 pills he needs to take every day. Ares will need to do that for weeks.
Ares has been on IV's and in the animal hospital for two days. We are so happy he's home now just need to glive prescribed meds.
I'm late to check in. I hope you had a great day and a fun workout.

Yesterday, for me, was an Ifit treadmill walk in Boston with a Peloton cool down
Walk, I also did a mix of back, shoulders & chest from Kelly's YBB dvd.

That's it for me today, kind of working out in the living room instead of my workout room so I can baby sit Ares. Thanks for your kind comments about Ares. He's doing better but still has to get his white blood cell count down. He's still sick but a bit better just trying to keep him on the mend.

Hi Nora, today was another Ifit treadmill 1 mile+ walk and CL Stepped Up Bootcamp, I did warmup, 3 rounds, and stretch.

I know what you mean, most of my workouts were done close to where Coco was,
When things started going downward. A longtime ago, when I did go down & get
On my treadmill, he would come down as well....check on me, and go back up the
Steps! I had to watch the little monkey, he would try and get on treadmill with me!
OMG, I miss him!
ETA:
Had a little more time to burn so ended up with an Ifit 2 1/2 mile bike ride in Central Park NY and then did a mix
of Bi's, Tri's, Abs, & Legs from Kelly's Your Best Body dvd.

I only did a short Ifit rowing workout tonight, on a lake in Slovenia (think I spelled
That right) anyway, I don't know where that is, but the lake was pretty!

Hi Nora, after I posted, I googled it too! It was very pretty scenery...
Today was an Ifit treadmill walk inside a pyramid in Egypt! If nothing else, I certainly have been getting around! They have the neatest workouts.
Also, I did the Kickboxing with light weights and Cardio Sculpting with weights
From Kelly's Body Design dvd with stretch. Finished up with Kelly's Muscle
Definition dvd, I did the warmup, chest premix, back premix and stretch.

Great job on your workout today with Ifit Treadmill Walk inside a pyramid in Egypt, wow! How cool is that! Then you did Kelly's Body Design Kickboxing w/ light weights Cardio Sculpting, and then Kelly's Muscle Definition warm up, chest premix, then followed by Back premix and a nice stretch. Bravo on your great workouts. You should almost get passport and have it stamped for all the great workout travels you've had.

Hi Nora,
You should almost get passport and have it stamped for all the great workout travels you've had.
Isn't that the truth !!!!

Today was Ifit "Glutes Hiit Bike workout which was 1/2 the time on the bike and second half doing
Glute toning off the bike with stretch.
Also, Ifit "Cardio & Strength Chipper" rowing workout, which was alternating rowing segments with
off rower total body strength exercises and stretch. Both of these were studio workouts, no travels
today !
Just finished the Boxing & Compound premix from Kelly's Cardio Sculpt Overload.

Then Cardio & Strength Chipper rowing workout, and finshed off with KCM's 30MTF's Cardio Sculpt Overload did the Boxing & compound premix. Hi Nora, looks like we were kind of thinking alike today, I,too, pulled out Kelly's
Strong & Lean dvd and did a mix of kickboxing and dumbbells only...I also did
Ifit ski workout at Reindalen Creek in Norway....I needed a little snow today, it's
Hot here :)

ETA: had to "travel" some more, so I did an Ifit elliptical workout, hiking on
Guacamole Trail in Utah.

My computer is out of comission so Iam using DH's desktop. Nice workout yesterday with KCM 30MTF Strong & Lean- Kickboxing & Dumbbells premix. Then you also did Ifit ski workout at Reindalen Creek in Norway. Wow! sounds like another fun and goregous addition to your fitness passport, glad you are having fun.

Hi Nora, good job with your workouts today! Tonight I did Kelly's new one on
Coffeyfit Raw Calorie Crush 2. A little over 30 min. And it was fun. She filmed
Outside on a driveway and it must have been very hot and they were facing the sun. It was her & 3 of the girls. All cardio and some were higher impact, but she
Showed some modifications and it was easy enough to modify. Then I did an
Ifit strength workout, "Time Crunch Total Body". Liked that one too. That's
Enough for today.....
