Nothing for me tonight, I am all congested and tweaked my hip/back this evening,
Don't know what I did, but I feel lousy....I did dust a room, hope I can clean tomorrow but we'll see.....how's your wrist doing? Better I hope. Take care of it.

Wow, that was awesome. I missed Thursday's run so I feel great with today's run workout.

Hi Nora, I haven't worked out the last couple days, my back & foot still is giving me
Problems , so trying to take it easy for a bit....will check back when I am going

Hi Nora, well, I got in a workout this evening, a blender triceps,back
& chest workout with a couple boxing segments between the weight segments. I took It easier than I normally do though.

Please take it easy maybe try Kelly's Start Here dvd that'sn a good one to do if coming off an injury to get back into working out.
Nicely done just take care to listen to your back and foot so as to not irritate it.

I'm glad you are taking care to not aggravate your injuries. Nicely done on your workout yesterday with step & bicep workout.
Remember its OK to modify a workout around your injury. I am having to do that as well. Its not ideal but I make it work.

Treadmill Peloton walk (short one) and afterwards I did a blender cardio with a mat
Workout and just finished a CatheLive "Strong Upper Body Express".

Hi Linda,

Sorry for the late check in, errands and stuff happened but I still got a workout in, just not a run bummer.

So here's today's workout:

XTrain- D4- Super Cuts= 46 Min

Intensity series- Imax 2= 55 Min

Ok I really forgotten almost all of steps to this one except on the Pina Colada song I did pretty well with only a few missteps. I need to revisit Imax 2 a few times to master those steps.
