Hi Nora, aha, so it was a Tabatacise Friday...that's great. I was off today, so
Besides getting a start on my cleaning (finally!) and a hair appointment, I got in
Some workouts: did a blender weight workout and a blender step workout, both
Abt 25 min each and then later on, I did a 30 min. High Step Bootcamp workout.
I think I am going to do a Leslie walk from her Burn to the Beat DVD shortly.

LITE - Revd Up Rumble- Basic #4 Main Workout + Calorie Crush = 49 Min

Hi Nora, today's workouts have been a blender step workout, another blender
Workout called Pyramid Pump-Upper Body on the ball, a Peloton scenic bike
Ride and a treadmill cool down walk. I might do a premix from Kelly's Stepboxing 2 DVD later if I can. Have a good night!
 
Hope your Sunday is going well, Nora. I am in the midst of my today's workouts, just finished a short step workout from Cathe's 4Day Split-Lower Intensity Step
DVD, and getting ready to do a blender workout called "Trisets: Legs & Abs/Core.
I am hoping to do Kelly's Body Design Upper Body workout later.

Sorry I forgot to check in yesterday. I did not workout Sunday, just did chores, laundry, and figure out my workout schedule for this week.

Good for youn getting in a Sunday workout, Way To Go!! Nicely done with your workout by the way with a short step workout from Cathe's 4Day Split-Lower Intensity Step, and a blender workout called "Trisets: Legs & Abs/Core.:D
possibly do Kelly's Body Design Upper Body workout if time allows. Great bunch of workouts they all sound like fun to me.

Hi Nora, sounds like you had a good workout session today. Tonight I did a workout from Kelly's Lean Body
Circuits. I enjoy that one, a little bit of everything, cardio, boxing, weights, ...Michelle is such a good modifier
in that one too. I also think Lauren is a great modifier. Not much else happening.....have a good night and
workout tomorrow.

Great workout you had with Kelly's Lean Body Circuits. I have that workout too and I love it for all the same reasons you mentioned, its a keeper of a workout that's for sure. It sounds like you had a fun workout, good for you, high fives and way to go!!!

Tonight I did a step workout from Cathe's 4 Day Split series step workouts.
I have been concentrating on learning those step combos and I finally think I have
Accomplished them. Yay!

High fives X2! Yes, today is Tabatacise Friday for me plus a metabolic workout and maybe an abs add-on.

LITE- Metabolic Blast- Basic #1 w/Extended Stretch = 46 Min
XTrain-D9- Tabatacise= 45 Min
Cathe Ab Hits- Ab workout# 2- CTX Power Circuit= 11 Min

Hi Nora, how are you today? How is your wrist healing? Good, I hope. I had a
Little extra time tonight, so I did a CatheLive class, "Power Step" from back in
2015 I think. About 40 min. Long. It was ok, I don't think I have ever done that
One before. I may re-visit it in the future. That's it for a Friday evening.
 
It's Saturday! Today I have done the following:

10 min. Peloton warmup treadmill walk

CatheLive "Compound Giant Sets-Light Weights Live". ( abt 45 min.)

5 min. Peloton cool down bike ride


I may or may not do a blender leg workout later tonight. We shall see!

Thanks for asking about my wrist, swelling has gone down a lot but is still there. I have been wearing the brace on it but still it bugs me. Maybe it needs more time I don't know. I only know I can't afford X-rays,or if needed surgery, so I'm stuck. Oh well, I'm praying for it to heal.

Another Sunday, last day of March...Wow! Time moves on....after CatheLive
& treadmill/bike yesterday, I ended up with 2 short blender workouts last night.
Push Pull Upper Body & Ice Gym Style Legs.

Today was 15 min elliptical workout, 20 min. Go Row Indoor rowing workout on YouTube, And a blender workout of boxing with Shoulders, Legs & Bicep weights.

Got in a Kelly Cardio Pump workout mix too! :)

Wow, you go girl. Awesome job on Sunday's with a CatheLive & treadmill/bike, and 2 short blender workouts.
Push Pull Upper Body & Ice Gym Style Legs. Then today you did an elliptical workout 20 min, go Row Indoor rowing workout,
boxing with shoulders, and finally finishing up with Legs & Bi's weeights. Oh, and you got in a Kelly Cardio Pump workout mix, Phew!! Major high fives all a round, Way to go!!!

Hi Nora, no, some of those workouts were Saturday and some were Sunday..
That would have been too much in one day! :). Nothing tonight, taking a rest.
Have another good workout session tomorrow!

Well, I did end up working out, did my blender IMAX 3 Part 2..no blasts.
