Oh my mistake on yesterday's post, sorry. I noticed you mentioned taking last night off to rest, but then decided to do a blender IMAX 3 Part 2..no blasts. I hope that was a short one so you could rest.
Goodness knows you deserve a rest.

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Lower Body Tabata= 27 Min (This a great Pre- Run workout)

Cardio Coach Vol.3- W.up &
SS1, Ch.1, Ch.2,SS2, ESS,
Ch.3,SS3,CD,CN + 6 iPod songs+Stretch= 64 Min Distance= 6.26 Miles

Hi Nora, good workout on your "tread" today ! Yes, I agree, Kelly's Lower Body Tabata is a great workout.

Tonight I did an oldie, Gin Miller's Waltz to Fitness...it's basically an indoor walk workout with a 6 count beat
instead of the normal 8. It's pretty easy, but fun. I also practiced some of the Imax 3 combos that I goofed up
last night ! I think I try to make them harder to do than they really are! If I would just pay attention! I did
them better tonight anyway. Have a good night!

Hi Nora, kickboxing & weights, good mix ! Tonight I did a workout from Kelly's NYC dvd. Been awhile since
I did that one and it was kinda' hard....but I muddled thru it !

Take care.....is your weather warmer now? It hasn't been too bad here, although it's been in the upper 20's in
the AM. Brrr......

Good for you working out with Kelly & NYC. I have that one too and was thinking of maybe using that workout in next weeks workout schedule. That workout was awesome as I recall. High fives on yesterday's workout!!!

We are getting cold mornings still and it does get cold at night not freezing or anything but definiately colder than I'd like. Oregon is getting those cold rainy days, mornings and nights lately. You keep warm and be well.

Hi Nora, I don't think I have ever done FitSplit Boxing Bootcamp, I have used some of the segments in the blender. Tonight I did a blender mix of some step
Warmups. Cathe's step warmups are a workout in themselves!! :)

Intensity Step with Shoulders, Triceps & Biceps, all from 4 Day Split.

Hi Nora, good choices with your low impact Hiit and cycling. Today I did a Peloton
Treadmill walk class and just finished a blender "My Strong Upper Body Express"
Workout. That will be all for today. Have a good Sunday.

Hi Nora, great minds must think alike! On my schedule for tonight was a mix
From Kelly's Cardio Pump DVD too! I program chapters on my DVD player so
I did a couple of the boxing segments interspersed with the Pyramid sections for
Triceps, Back & Chest. Good little workout. Went to chiropractor today, probably
Shouldn't have worked out at all, but I did! Hope I didn't make matters worse!

Have been clueless for a title for it, because I named it simply "Cardio-floor". :):)

After making over 500 blender workouts, sooner or later you gotta run out of

There was a change of plans today, I can't use the treadmill and run on days that my oldest son Austin stays home from College. The weather has been difficult of late.
There has been flooding and closed roads due to that and he was unable to go to school today. So, I had to change up the workout for today.

I did another blender workout..."Low Split Step w/Chest & Back". I enjoyed it
A lot. I think we are going to have rain most of the weekend ....Yuck! My allergies
