Happy Memorial Day to you too! Today I did 2 blenders: High Step Circuit Mix &
Rhythmic Step Challenge. My little boy isn't doing too good today, so I am worried about him as well as myself....sometimes when it rains, it pours!
 
Hi Nora, well off to hair appt & dentist this afternoon. I decided not to get it
Hi-lighted today due to bleaching and taking antibiotics, don't want some sort
Of negative reaction. So just getting cut...this morning I did 2 shorter workouts,
High step compound circuit and Chest & Back Pedal Circuit. Both a lot of fun.

Rhythmic Step Challenge. Oh no I hope Coco starts to feel better ASAP. Tuesday I see you have a hair appointment and dentist. I hope all goes well at the dentist and you love your new haircut/trim. I used to do hair for a living.
Plus 2 blender workouts today of High step compound circuit and Chest & Back Pedal Circuit. Its always nice to do two shorter workouts rather than 1 longer one. I know it makes me feel like I'm getting more accomplished at least I like to think so.

Well, the verdict is in...I need a root canal! Yuck! The bad thing is my dentist doesn't do them anymore, so
he called somewhere else and I can't get it done until 6/10....so I am hoping & praying that the pain, etc. holds
off. I took the last antibotic (?) today (it was a Zpack so a 5 day treatment) so fingers crossed, I guess I will
be eating softer & lighter till then. OMG, I hope the pain doesn't come back.

Sorry to hear the dentist says you need a root canal, and referred you to someone who does them.
I will pray for you that the pain will be dialed back to a tolerable level between now and when you get in for the root canal.
Yes, I'd definitely go with a soft food diet until then. Also keep Aleve and Ora gel on the ready to help with any possible pain and discomfort.
Hang in there and think positive and pray.

Wow, that's good news to get in earlier and get things taken care of. Great workout yesterday with mix of stepbox and
Regular boxing, sounds like a lot of fun. If you enjoy that combo you might check out Kelly Coffey Meyer, she has "Step Box" and another one or two I can't think of right now. I seem to recall that Kelly has 1 or two newer ones and a few of her older dvds have that format, all good and fun stuff.

Hi Nora, yes, I have about 3 or 4 of Kelly's stepboxing, in fact that is what I did,
Switched between Kelly's Stepbox and a segment of Cathe's MMA Boxing, took
A little time but it was worth it.
 
Hi again , back with my workout which was 30 min. Blender called Cathe: Then/Now. Starts with an old and I mean old step warmup, then a weight workout
With a lot of different segments from a lot of different workouts from a lot of
Different years!!
