Regular boxing, sounds like a lot of fun. If you enjoy that combo you might check out Kelly Coffey Meyer, she has "Step Box" and another one or two I can't think of right now. I seem to recall that Kelly has 1 or two newer ones and a few of her older dvds have that format, all good and fun stuff.
