Hi Nora, looks like today was "Lower Body Tabata Thursday" and tomorrow is
Tabatacise Friday! :)

Tonight I did blender- Step it, Lift it, combination of step & weights. Abt 30 min.

Yes, I do love Kelly's Build & Burn Set. I have found that in that set the Lower Body Tabata is a great compliment to running it really works those muscles and loosens up any tension so I like to do that one either before or after a run.
Also yes, I gotta have me a Tabatacise Friday. It does make it a little easier to plan and schedule my workouts on Sunday knowing I run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Tabatacise on Friday's.

XTrain-D9- Tabatacise= 45 Min

Hi Nora, hope you are having a blessed Sunday...today's workouts were quite
The mish mosh.....before church & Walmart, I used Bitgym app and did workouts
On the rower, elliptical & bike. All were short. This afternoon, I did blender
High Step Mix 3 and then used Bitgym on the treadmill and ended with a
VideoSki workout on my NordicTrack. Hadn't used that for Awhile .

Wow, great Saturday workout you did with Blender-STS 2 (30 min), Peloton 20 min.,Treadmill walk class,and Kelly's Cardio Kick Stepboxing DVD mix ( 25 min). Plus an add on with bender 25 Min Party Step workout as well.

Then Yesterday's workouts were the rower, elliptical & bike short workouts, then later you added on a blender High Step Mix 3, and then used Bitgym on the treadmill and ended with a VideoSki workout on the NordicTrack.
VideoSki workout on my NordicTrack. Those were some awesome workouts and so cool you have a Nordic Track. I love fitness toys.

Hi Nora, ahh....Lower Intensity Step, I really like that one! I like Higher Intensity Step as much too!

Tonight I did a DVD mix from Kelly's "original " StepBoxing workout, the one with
The orange-ish cover, its an older one. Followed it with a short Peloton Low
Impact cycle class. That's it!

Great workout choice for last night with the Firm Super Body Sculpt DVD. I loved the firm and had all of them on VHS, LOL!! That dates it. Yes, I remember Stephanie she was a good one. I had many great favorite instructors from the firm workouts. I know that must have been fun to do.
Well, I'm glad you're not having pain really. I hope the weird feelings stop soon. I think you are doing the right thing in keeping positive thoughts on this.

1). Double Shot Bootcamp #2 35 min.
2). 16 min. LIS Legs & Abs ( LIS is Low Impact Series)

Double Shot in my Bootcamp is 2 cardios in each round, one with the step and
One floor, then 2 metabolic exercises in each round as well, if that makes sense!!

Hi Nora, your Lauren kettle bell workouts sound interesting! Might have to check
Them out...

Today's workouts were CatheLive, "Step, Sweat & Lift - I did the step warmup,
The weights section and stretch. Next time I will do the step section.

Also did a blender- Calorie Crush Step Mix.

Maybe later tonight if time permits and I am feeling it, I will do something else...
It's so hot here....

ETA: well, I did end up doing Totally Boxing # 2 blender workout after supper and
A HOT walk around the block.

Hi Nora, I don't believe you do workouts Sundays, but here is my today's mish-mosh !

Peloton Treadmill Walk with Arms & Shoulders class (30 Min)

10 min on elliptical with lake scenic tour with Bitgym

Blender workout - "Drill Time" 35 min.

That's it........maybe something much later.........

ETA: (much later :) ). Ended up doing DVD mix of the Firm Maximum Body
Sculpting w/ Tracie Long. Loved it!
