First time with I-Max Extreme!

Me2

Cathlete
I did I-Max Extreme with morning along with the stability ball sections of PUB and PLB. It was one fun workout! I loved it. :7
I was really afraid to attempt it, but my opinion was that actually, it was a little easier to get through than I-Max2 (which I love, too) 'cause after 2 IMax intervals you kind of "recover" with Cardio and Weights cardio and then compound weights section. So you get a little "rest" and then do 2 more IMax 2 intervals. Try it.......you'll like it ;-)

Can't wait to try the other Terminator workouts

I want to second Linda's excitement: I did IMAX Xtreme this week and loved it. It flew by and it's 75 minutes with the warm-up and cool-down. MaryAnn

Do you know how long The Viper and The Gauntlet are? Thanks! Me2, you're one brave woman for doing the stability ball sections after Imax Xtreme! Yikes!

I was afraid to try it after doing all the Intensity Series DVDs once, but as a "cardio addict" I loved it. Cathe is a genius. It was worth the wait. I feel like I'm getting in the best shape of my life. "If you like Pina Coladas............". That song will never be the same for me again.

RE: Gauntlet and Viper running times

Hey, Beansie! I previewed those the other day, and Gauntlet is about 1:10 hrs. and Viper is about 1:05 hrs. BTW, IMHO Gauntlet is absolutely to die for!

Am gonna inaugurate Gauntlet tonight, and have Viper scheduled for next Thurs. night! Based on the comments here, of course I-Max Extreme will have to go the Thurs. night after that!

Thanks for the times on the other Terminator's! I can't wait to try them. Especially Gaunlet, from what I have heard! Also, believe it, or not, the floorwork after IMax Extreme actually felt good! It felt good to be on the floor! Well, not "good", but you know what I mean ;-)

But I am soo pleased with this whole series! And am REALLY glad I ordered the Terminator DVD along with the rest! :7

Hey Me2! RE: First time with I-Max Extreme!

Hey Me2! Thanks for the great review of this vid! You helped give me the guts to do it this morning. I loved it! I had previewed it the night I receieved the vids and to be honest was scared to death to try it! I was in the mood for kick-butt cardio so that helped! My current rotation called for Viper today... but I was too sore in the muscles to do it. I'll have to move it off to next week.

I also combined the stability ball from PUB. I would have added the section from PLB too but my 2 year old had enough of ma' workin' out!

Anyway, it was a very hard... but fun workout. It was definitely one of those mentally challenging ones. I kept thinking "I HAVE to finish this!" I felt so good when I finally did.

I am back to wts tomorrow. Funny how a good day of cardio will sometimes help your muscles recover?

Anyway... thanks for the motivation!
