We finished filming the last of the new workouts last night at about 10pm and Cathe, Jai and Lorraine finished with an incredible “Rock Star” performance of Kickbox.

We should have some pictures up either later tonight and over this weekend. We will start with Boot Camp strength training pictures and then move on to kickbox.:)
 
I bet everyone needs some R&R after a tough week of work and several months of practice! Thanks for all of the hard work and dedication:)
 
The blog pictures are incredible. I'm so excited about this series! Great job Cathe and crew!! I hope you're getting a much deserved rest.:)

Congrats to everyone who is involved in this project, you've all done a great job thus far. This set is looking amazing and seems to be everything that I wanted :D . Your hard work is showing.

I'm so excited now--especially about the Kickbox workout. My first Cathe workout was Kick Max and it's what compelled me to start getting her other stuff. I just love kicking and punching with Cathe!

Lainie, I couldn't agree more!!! My first Cathe was also Kick Max. I have made serious additions to my collection ever since!!!! My DF thinks I am crazy, but it is well worth it!!!

I can't wait to receive these new workouts!!! Thanks for all of your hard work:)
 
Great job everyone! I'm glad it's over for you all so you can hopefully catch your breath! Chris, your description of Kickbox is sooo good. I sooooo wish I could have been there to see them perform. I personally think every workout Cathe does is a masterpiece, but I can't wait to see what she did with this one. Thanks to you all for your hard, hard work thse past few months!

I'm soooo excited!! I hope you guys take a much deserved break and then post more stuff! ;)

I've been looking through the blog for the past hour, and I am amazed. I am so glad you guys started the blog and update it often during filming. It truly is informative and invaluable in showing us what we are buying.

Anyway, thanks again. I loved the stuff written about Kickbox and it made me even more excited (if that's possible!).

I got a sweat just by looking at the pics! Thanks for the updates. I like the heading, "Eye of the Tiger" being a Clemson fan, I am totally convinced if Clemson were to pickup your homeworks, that might have a winning season :D Annette

Hi Cathe, Cedie, Brenda, Lorraine & Jai!

I must say that after viewing all of the beautiful pictures I had never thought that all of you could outdo yourselves but you did! I'm going to start practising that move from Bootcamp (I think you know the one);-)

These workouts were very thoroughly thoughtout for a 4 day split. I'll seriously be losing bodyfat for sure using these.

Just wanted to let you all know how absolutely beautiful & easy you make it all look & an outstanding job you did. I LOVE EVERYTHING about these workouts & I've only viewed the pictures!!!! Your still #1 in the business Cathe!

THANK YOU CATHE for always lifting the bar a little higher. You'll always be #1 w/me from one of your #1 fans. Been a fan for 15 years!!

There is such an amazing vibe about this series. They are all fantastic, it's true. But the excitement here is through the roof.

Thank God for you, Cathe, Chris and the entire crew. Honestly, what a major void there would be without all of you. You truly soar above the rest.
