A call to arms, fellow TSC members, as one of our own has been targeted on Ask Cathe by the OSB!!..We need to rush to "Ask Cathe" and vote on Ellie's thread to right this terrible wrong.

Seriously, I am 45 yrs old, raising very young children, taking good care of myself and them with their health conditions. I come here for comic relief, fun threads, w/o and nutrition information and INVOICE #'s!!!! Ha Ha

I have absolutely no interest in a star thread, couldn't care less what some think of my posts. I am a very nice, giving person who is secure enough in myself not to have to put others down. I have made GREAT friends, travelled with a few, am having a houseful of RT ers here in July and enjoy Cathe's w/o's very much.

It's all about priority to me. My children come first, my health and DH's next and OSB does not even make the list.

Worry not my dear friends, a one star bothers me about as much as a sand flea. But thank you sooooo much for caring.

Now I'm off to do Low Max and research my protein needs!!!

Great attitude Ellie. When the star system came up I was taken aback by one star ratings. I dont much notice ratings anymore - five star or otherwise. They are inconsequential.

I usually use the "New Posts" link to catch up here in Cathe-land, and that listing doesn't even show the star ratings. Makes them very easy to ignore that way.

I don't give a &*(_?! either about the star stuff, but the best way to "erase" the 1-star bandit's efforts is not to 5-star threads (they'll never recover from the 1-star rating), but to 1-star every thread. That way no one will be able to tell which 1-star is the work of the bandit and the thrill will be gone. Or, even better, ignore the star ratings until Cathe gets rid of them (I hope she will!).
