Curious as to what everyone likes & dislikes on core moves.
For me:
LOVE Torso Twists with a 10 lb weight
HATE Bicycles
For me:

HATE Bicycles
plank work(get back issues) when you have to lift your leg. I have finally come to the realization that those exercises are just not for me
HATE: bicycles (my hips crack as my legs move) and reverse curls
LOVE: stability ball pikes, the move in BC where you kick one leg and crunch up with a med ball then alternate

Oh, Kathy, I was trying to think of ab work I don't like and I have to agree with you, I hate those reverse bicycles -- for some reason I feel like such a klutz, like my legs don't want to work that way!I cannot stand the reverse bicycles at the beginning of the abs work in 4DS LIS (the ones where Cathe says "Your wheels are gettin' crooked, girls!") My legs don't work that way, period. And my hip flexors scream at me!
