Favorite/least favorite core move

LOVE: Rocket Shoots and Roll Outs on the ball. Actually I like a LOT of the ball moves. The best ab workout is B&G's Bonus Stability Ball abs!

HATE: Planks where you have to move or raise your legs. And also that move on the ball where you lay prone on it and supposed to raise your hips side to side. I can NOT for the life of me do that!
 
Kathy, you changed your name! :eek: I almost didnt realize it was you. You just reminded me that I really dislike those wood chop moves on the ball. Those may be my least favorite of all. Funny how different we all are! ;)
 
Love - Planks, Russian Twists or side twists with kettlebell or med ball, kettlebell swings, pikes on the stability and full sit ups with a kettlebell.

Hate - Hip lifts and reverse crunches.
 
Favorites: decline board weighted crunches/oblique twists with med ball or weight plate, weighted planks, hanging leg raises from pull-up bar, stability ball work.

Oh crap. I think I just love the pain of it all. :cool:
