Do you ever just feel wiped out?

Especially around that time of the month? I only got 2 workouts in this week, BodyMax 2 Boot Camp both times, I was hoping for 4 workouts but it didn't happen. Is this normal? I also feel like spring has sprung but my body went into hibernation. So weird.:-(

It seems that I'm going through something similiar. This is my second time I've done my whole Cathe rotation (21 DVDs) and then I get burnt out. This week for me it's been a light week-MM one day, part of SB, and maybe Gin Miller or Keli on Saturday. I've been extremely tired partially due to stress at work and at home plus recovering from the numerous viruses going around here.
You're not alone here! And, yes, you're quite normal.

Let me just say I never peruse the Open Discussion, so it was really weird when I saw this post... YES!!!! That is exactly how I feel right now. I just went through PMS and my cycle started and I feel so incredibly drained. There's no way I could complete a workout today.

I've been going really hard, working 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. And on top of that, I go to school and still try to stay active. But this week it was not happening! The thought of laying on the couch ALL night sounds so appealing... so I think I will! I'm normally go, go, go all day.

I might be coming down with something - I haven't been sick in over a year and a half, so that's a definite possibility.

I hope you girls find your energy again soon.
 
Last week was week three for me of the Feb 07 rotation. I skipped three days/WOs and went to bed early each night. It's only today I feel normal enough to begin working out again.

I've been fending off a cough/cold, so I feel I deserved to take care of myself.

Yes! There are days when I go to bed at 6:30 and actually sleep all night. that usually takes care of it. I do think it something to do with my cycle, but then it doesn't happen every month.
 
Yes!!! What is it about PMS? I take iron supplements, vitamins, eat well, no sugar or refined carbs, etc. yet I only got 3 workouts in this week after doing really well with rotations for the past 2 months. It's not like this every month, but there are times like this month when I feel I could sleep around the clock. Only after eating everything salty or sweet I can get my hands on!
 
Yes! I do sometimes feel less energetic the week before my period. Some months more so than others. I'm not sure why this is, but once my period starts, I'm fine.

However, at the moment, I am dealing with all-the-time fatigue that's been brought on by meds I'm taking for adult acne. Although I'm trying to be on an intense P90 rotation, I am finding myself needing more rest days.
