Do I need Power Hour

Ok... this has been on my mind since it came out. I have MIS, PS, S&H, ME, and LL plus FIRM Standing Legs and Upper Body. Is PH really going to work muscles that these videos do not cover or in a totally different way? Do I need REALLY this video?

Thanks,
Nancy

My opinion is yes! The leg section alone in Power Hour is killer! If I had a choice of PH or MIS, I'd choose PH. The music is great and the routine is much different from MIS.

I agree with Beth. I have all the strength tapes too..but there's something I just love about Power Hour. I LOVE the music!
It's just a great workout and very compact.

You literally work everything in about 45 minutes. You gotta get it! Sorry for telling you to spend your money. If you just got ME, you could wait awhile though. Have fun!

OK... Guess I am going to have to get that, along with Ab Hits, and CTX Upper Body... now if she could only come up with 1 more that I don't have I could get the multi order deal!

Thanks for your input.

Yes, it is excellent, the music is excellent, the company is excellent, and my goodness it certainly works those legs.....OUCH !!!!!

Buy it, you won't regret it !

Anna :)

Yes, yes you do need this workout!

See for me, asking myself if I need any workout by Cathe is like asking myself, "Do I really neeeeeed that piece of cheesecake?" Cause whether I do or not, clearly, I'm getting it! :)

Donna

p.s. Plus her workouts keep the cheesecake damage to a minimum! :)

Fitness~It's a journey, not a race!

Cheesecake (my weakness)

HA HA!! Too funny getnfit@39!!

I'm on the same page as you are honey!!

I LOVE cheescake as much as I LOVE Cathe's workouts!! :9

BTW, if you have a HOPS Restaurant and Brewery anywhere near you, they have a Strawberry Daquiri Cheescake thats to die for!

You have to get it! It's like Body Pump, the moves go perfectly with the music. My fave section is the biceps!!
Carole

Yes, yes, YES!!!! It is the BEST strength tape I've don ein my LIFE and my favorite Cathe strength tape. I think it's an essential part of any serious vidiot's collection.

I have a love/hate relationship with Power Hour.
I think I would like this tape much more if i could give myself some time to pause between sets to stretch some. I find the hectic pace really makes my whole body kindof ache. I HATE that feeling!!! And the leg section really is overkill, IMO..but it will kill you...Personally I would rather load my barbell at 100 pounds and do 16-20 reps...
but I guess that is why they call Power Hour "endurance"...

NO other step vids of Cathe's at all that you don't have so you can get the discount? Even the oldie goldies are still great just in case you don't have them all. ;-)

Just pick one - get the great discount and then you can sell it on Ebay or trade it away for something else you want!

I hated this workout the first few times I did it. UNDERSTANDABLY so! The legwork came first!!! But it is amazing. It really gives you the skinny look real fast. That was my experience with it. PH and the Firm's Vol. 1 always seem to have that effect on my body. People at work would stop and ask me what diet I was on. When I check out the rotation I'm on...it's always those 2 workouts that do it. I guess muscle endurance workouts do that? Which is why I am going crazy trying to figure out if I want IS 1 or 2! But get PH...and have a Body Pump style workout by Cathe at home anytime you feel like it! I love the segment for back! Plus the ab work works well on a stability ball.

I'm afraid so. While I don't use the heaviest weights like a lot of other folks, I just looove this one. If Cathe puts 35 on her barbell I only load 25, etc. Admittedly though, I swallowed my pride and did the last set of legs without weights so as not to compromise form. Talking about getting every muscle to failure.... Whew!
