December Rotation Request

Hi Cathe,
Thanks so much for the new dvds- They are amazing, Cardio Fusion is my new workout I love to hate:) They are all a blast and I am enjoying the November Rotation. It may be early to ask this but this is my last week of the rotation and I was wondering about Decembers rotation(I tend to be overly organized). I was wondering if you could please put together a December rotation using GS and the new dvds. There are so many premixes on the dvds and I'd love to use them, but like to follow a rotation (preferably by you, since you are the expert:))

I'm really enjoying these too and love this rotation idea. Maybe you could add some timesaver premix options (to promote the versatility of your workouts;-)).
 
Hi! I'm relatively new to these forums (although I've been doing Cathe's workouts for years)! Can you tell me where I can find this "November Rotation" that was mentioned in the first question? I appreciate any help!

The November rotation is on the rotation forum. It's probably pinned at the top of the forum...but you can find it by looking at postings by Cathe. Good luck!

Yes, I was hoping for the GS series and premixes with the new series. There are some great premixes (ie- scrambled eggs) and I never know when to use them unless they are written into the rotation.:) This way we can use the new workouts again this month with versatility!!!

I agree, it is a great way to become familiar with all these great new options. Alot of the time I just don't use them because I don't know the best way to use them.

Combining HC and this new series would be great!
 
Thank you Debra! I found it...I never really looked past the "Ask Cathe" and "DVD question.." forums. Too much reading!!! My eyes are getting crossed! But thanks again.
 
I love both the new workouts and the Gym Style Series, so a December Rotation using both wuold make me very happy!! (not to mention sore,too!)x(

I would love, love, love a rotation like this! The combination of heavy strength training with circuit work will be incredible!
 
I have 1 teeny tiny request and I may be in the minority on this one but can you keep the workouts to an hour in length at least on most days. Unless I sacrifice sleep, I just don't have time most days to workout in the morning before work for more than an hour. I'm loving the new workouts but I have to break them up to use them unless it's on a weekend or day off.

I don't think you are in the minority with the 60 min request. I'm right there with you. :) For me to do more than an hour workout I have to wake up at 5:15am,- I did that for the Nov. rotation and don't want to do it again for a while! :)
