Debbie, Will you be doing a Jan Rotation?

Debbie,

I've enjoyed all your rotations, my personal favorites Leg Blast, One Body Part, and the December rotation. Unfortunately, I've been down for two weeks due to a bad flu bug, but can't wait to start up again.

My main question; will you be gracing us with another one of your fabulous rotations for January, to help rid excess pounds we may have gained due to excessive holiday treats? Please say it's so!

I wasn't going to only because STS is suppose to be released. I figured everyone would be playing around with that series for January.

Am I thinking correctly?
 
First I would like to say it's nice to see the pretty face that goes along with your awesome body!! Love the pic !

Although I have never followed one of your rotations , I have been following Cathe's. I was going to do your Dec rotation also in Jan. I would still like to see one from you for Jan though & choose between the 2.

I had ordered STS but sorry to say that I have cancelled for now. I did keep the core wo coming though. A number of reasons for my cancelling but do hope to eventually get it.

Can't speak for everyone else, but I for one would like to see a Fitneesfreak Jan rotation.

Finally a face!!

It's finally nice to see a face, for some reason I pictured you differently. Nothing bad, you just look peppier(did I spell that right?) than I imagined. Anyway, I didn't order STS, maybe in the future; a little to pricey for me right now. So with that said, I would love to see a January rotation.

Debbie, since you asked, I prefer less endurance based- more like December's rotation. I am focusing on lifting heavy these days. :) But I love whatever you put together, so no complaints here no matter what you decide.
 
Well, if I follow the rotation it will have to be similar to the December rotation which is a split, not endurance, and I was thinking of following it again and doing another check in. It will depend on how many people want me to do one up. With STS coming out, I'm still not sure I should do one?
 
Please do!! I love your workouts; not to keen on endurance workouts; I prefer splits, I want to concentrate on heavier lifting.

LOL, Debbie, actually another rotation, will help keep our minds occupied until STS gets here. Plus, I'm sure some of us are not going to start STS right away. I haven't even started my 1RM testing, so I'm looking forward to another rotation :)
 
Debbie, I'll follow along with another strength rotation. :eek: I was going to do your December one in January, but I wouldn't mind doing a new one with you and our fellow Catheites.

I'm playing with my newly acquired 4DS now, doubling the weight premixes and going as heavy as I can for 8-10 reps. Sheesh. I love it, but I swear I'm ready for bed around 6:30 pm. :D If you do another January rotation, I'll be sure to take a few days off before.
 
Hi Debbie~ I love your December Rotation. I'm new to doing the rotations and I'm a endomorph. I really love the strength training and I can tell that I'm starting to get results. I have been doing your December rotation for week 2 and 3. I didn't realize I was supposed to check in and list the weights I used etc.

I did pre-order STS but had to cancel it due to financial emergency. So, I'd definitely applaud another wonderful rotation for January, if possible one for Endomorphs like me. Your rotations are amazing and its nice to see a picture of you. You and Cathe are my heroes....

Ok, thanks for the feedback, everyone.

I'll do up a new rotation hopefully tomorrow if time permits. I'll get it posted before this rotation runs out so we can just continue on. :eek: :eek: :eek:

We'll keep doing a check in too.

I've loved your December rotation--did the version that added cardio to the weight work rather than doubling up the weights--and I'm excited to see what you come up with for January. Thanks so much for all the work you do for this forum! (I've been sore this whole month :) )
