I did StretchMax #3 this morning. Of those three workouts, I think the first does the best job.
Wendy - I can relate to feeling like that. I'm feeling that way myself these days. I have a very hard time eating clean when I'm tired, stressed, and not able to exercise because I crave the carbo boost from junk food. When I exercise, it seems to give me the "hit" that I need. I hope you get back on track soon. You've been doing so well lately. This is just a little blip in the grand scheme of things.
Carole - Kate is doing really well! She had her nights and days completely mixed up when she was born, but I've managed to switch her around on that, so I actually manage to get 5-7 hours of (interrupted) sleep at night. Have fun with those BB premixes!
I have yet to try the GS CST workout, and the way you are all talking today, I gather I'm in for quite a workout, when the time comes! Good work, everyone!
