Nora, great KCM & Taebo trio yesterday with KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn - Cardio, Boxing & Sculpting = 44 Min
Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 = 36 Min and KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn- Abs = 6 Min

Today I did about 55 minutes of a long C&E total body weight workout. I did my own stretch.

Annette - the nurse advising you of how serious your situation was would have sent me into a tailspin of worst case scenario what if's.... It sounds like things could have been way worse had you not gotten to the hospital when you did. Geesh. What a difference a week makes

Annette, I've been thinking about you and hoping everything is ok. I have to catch up on my threads.Hi ladies,
Today I did 20 minutes of Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms, Abs and Legs. Basically the warm up and the 1st leg segment.
Then I did 25 minutes of a Taebo Live Basic workout off YouTube wearing my boxing gloves. I broke a sweat.
So I got a workout in before my doctor's appointment this afternoon. Yay me!!
