CrossRope App- "Ropeless Upper Body Fun" - 9 min.

Nora, great KCM & Taebo trio yesterday with KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn - Cardio, Boxing & Sculpting = 44 Min
Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 = 36 Min and KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn- Abs = 6 Min

Annette, hope the dr appt goes well today!

Today I did about 55 minutes of a long C&E total body weight workout. I did my own stretch.

Linda - You are really enjoying LMR2!
Annette - the nurse advising you of how serious your situation was would have sent me into a tailspin of worst case scenario what if's.... It sounds like things could have been way worse had you not gotten to the hospital when you did. Geesh. What a difference a week makes :)
Nora - both you and Annette had KCM on your minds yesterday!
Nicki - I hope you're doing well :)

Hi ladies,

Today I did 20 minutes of Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms, Abs and Legs. Basically the warm up and the 1st leg segment.

Then I did 25 minutes of a Taebo Live Basic workout off YouTube wearing my boxing gloves. I broke a sweat.

So I got a workout in before my doctor's appointment this afternoon. Yay me!!

Annette, I've been thinking about you and hoping everything is ok. I have to catch up on my threads.
 
It's been a long few weeks. Surgery went well. I didn't even realize they had knocked me out until I woke up in recovery. Now the healing begins. I've had an in-house PT since I can't drive. I like her a lot and she says I am doing well. Following orders hopimg i can start working out sooner than later. She said I could do some light upper body weights (while sitting) but absolutely no lower body.
Sorry for being silent but didn't feel like getting online and had a friend from Georgia taking care of me the first week.
Glad to be back online and seeing how everyone's doing. So glad to hear you (Annette) is doing well.
 
Here is a recap of my appointment today. Saw the cardiology PA today, cleared to go back to the gym,yay!! Will have a repeat echocardiogram in 3 months, if all looks good and my heart is healing then will be reevaluated in December and possibly taken off the new medications. All this is an answer to prayer!!

So glad to see you posting Nicki! Glad you are on the other side of surgery, been praying for you daily!!

Annette, as I posted above, I know you were so glad to get cleared to resume your
workouts (gym) .

So glad both of you girls are on the road to recovery!
