Hello ladies,

Last evening: LowMax and Gym Style Shoulders
LowMax is continuing to be one of my new favs for cardio. I think its a brilliant workout and I hope Cathe continues to make more of this style.

Tonight will either be a rest day or Gym Style Chest and a stretch Max.

I pulled a muscle in my back this morning by of all things sneezing. I felt a sneeze coming on as I was getting out of bed and so I sat up and sneezed and ouch. I hope nothing too serious happened but it still hurts x(
 
Cathy, lol, you just pulled a Sammy Sosa move! Seriously, I know that hurts and I hope it gets better soon.

I've been up since 4am, don't know why, couldn't sleep, so now I'm going to get dressed and do a quick Cardio & Weights before the sun comes up.

Good Morning Dutchie, Cathy and Angie!

So last night was PUB Up Only Premix and the first 20 minutes of KPC Premix # 1.

Tonight is 45-60 minutes of straight cardio...Oh shoot!...actually...come to think of it...DH and I are supposed to meet up with a couple of his friends and go out dancing tonight so I actually highly doubt I will have ANY time for a work out! I guess today will be my rest day for the week and tomorrow I will do the cardio!

Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!

I did PU last night and am proud that I am up to the weights Cathe uses except for the final bicep set. I do 8,10 & 12's. I just ordered 2 gym styles last night. I was tempted to order the slow & heavy set but decided on GS because it's more recent. What's the main difference?

Yesterday was Chest & Back. Still feeling toasty this morning in the chest.

Today will be Legs & Shoulders, 30 mins of Aerobics and jogging for 45 minutes.

Today was GS Chest/Tris & Stretch #2.

Yesterday I went shopping. I bought an outfit, shoes, purse, & jewelry!! :) Today I am getting my hair done and a pedicure! I am having a great week! :7 ;-)

Great workouts already this morning! I'm so impressed by you early risers! I'd love to get my workout out of the way, but I thinK I'd run the risk of seriously injuring myself if I tried working out that early.

Carla - sounds like quite the spree. Enjoy your pampering day today!

I haven't actually decided what to do tonight. I'm quite tempted to try A-Jock's latest hellish mish-mosh. The one with all the lunges and squats. Pray for me!
 
Hello and good morning:

Today is RS, coremax, stretchmax and then a break followed by 30-60 minutes at the gym on the elliptical (cant wait). Yesterday, I had so much fun at the gym I didnt want to stop stepping, but after over an hour I pried myself away. I was singing and reading. Easily amused, I know. My husband tells me this all the time when I have days like that.

I decided to start a little later, since I promised a friend that I would make her 110 bars of melt and pour soap for her upcoming fundraiser in a month. She has a DNR wild animal rehab facility. I got the paw print soap molds and intend to paint the pads black. Looks quite sharp against the while soap background.

Work-whats that???? Work has been really slow for the past few weeks and I just fill up my down time with exercise and soap making. Wish it would stay this way all the time. I am 38 and retirement is begining to sound good. Only 20 years to go. I could definitely find plently to do.

Enough blabbering. Thanks for listening.

Hello Everyone,

Well last night didn't work out the way I planned. After gymnastics I needed to eat, so after that I didn't feel like doing cardio. I did one segment of Coremax and that was it for the night. So I am doing tonight what was planned for yesterday HC Extreme #3.

My motivator for the day: dh tells me that my legs (upper thigh) look fat and that has never been a problem area for me. OK I am struggling with my weight at the moment so hearing this I am determined today to turn over a new leaf.

So I am keeping track of what I eat today and for exercise I did PUB triceps, then did some squats both regular and plie with a 35 pound barbell (going for endurance and not strength today) then rode the mountain bike on the trainer for 40 min.:eek: :)

Needed to do abs but kinda got sidetracked and I was hungry so I drank my smoothie instead!!:( :)

Hi again. My workout is done. I have done all the kickmax workout (combinations, blast challenge and the leg drills) and one TAEBO basic live workout. Fun, Fun , Fun. See you tomorrow.

Hello ladies! It's a beautiful day and i did a workout! Go me!!! i have not been getting many in, so i am excited! I did legs and glutes and the warmup of SJP. I have never been able to get into this workout so i can never finish it. But now that i have had a protein shake and a salad, i am feeling spunky and i think i will go do some of SB. I love this one! And i need some cardio.

Cathy: i hope your back feels better! that is no fun! :-(

Mariangles: glad your account is ok. scary!

Wendy: You are going dancing! i am SO jealous!!!! that's enough cardio! you are still getting your workout in girl!
