I had a great weekend visiting my Mom and sister.
Yesterday: S&H Legs, Stretch Max 1 and Clean Max

Tonight: RS and back or triceps on schedule.

Good Morning Ladies.

I missed yesterday's check in...had nothing to report for saturday anyway. Took a rest day.

Last night I did the step only sections of c & w and sjp.

Had my baby shower yesterday afternoon!:+ Had an amazing time! Got great gifts for the little guy!

Good Morning everyone!

Yesterday was a fun day. The weather was perfect and DH was working out to Lo Max. I did Core Max and Tri's/Bi's and did so with the maximum weight that I could handle (5lbs more than Cathe) so I feel great!
Today will be Legs/Glute.

Hello everyone,

Did S&H/PUB/PS chest this morning (about 50min) then I had to hurry up for a job interview.

It's a temp job for about 2-3 months. It's not in my hometown so I have to travel 35min by car which I hate, but it's gonna look very impressive on my resume which may in turn help me land a permanent job somewhere else in my own town. They've turned down quite a few candidates last week so they're not easy to please.

Will do S&H/PUB/PS triceps before dinner and add on some leg work as this is a non-running day for me.

Did a 20 min run in the wee hours this morning and will do muscle endurance during cutie's nap.
didn't do a darn thing this weekend b/c I was BUSY with a birthday party (cleaning, decorating, baking, yardwork), chasing around my niece who loved to stomp on my awakening flowers, and cleaned for at least 3 hours afterwards. I consider this strenuous excercise!
 
Morning Everyone,

DH finally made it out to Vegas for a conference yesterday. He was scheduled to leave at 11:00 in the am and didn't leave the airport until 2:25 pm. They where doing maintenance on the engine of the plane. Needless to say, when he finally called and said he was in Vegas I was very happy.:) But now I have to get two girls up for school, and they are not used to getting up so early. Usually they are getting up when I leave for work. They are going to be happy when DH gets home on Thursday.

Tonight will be Low Max.

Mariangeles is right about Taebo. It really is a fun workout. I like the Advanced Get Ripped series myself.

The weather has been nice and my DH and I have been doing alot of yardwork (and weed pulling..YUK!). I did get in a nice 14 mile yesterday.

Today I am doing PUB shoulders, tri's and bi's, a 4 mile run and maybe some floor work for my legs...

After a rough weekend of what seemed like endless yard work, I was just not feeling 100% this morning. So I kept it simple with HSC, which is a really good workout when you're tired. LOL! I had never done this one before, but it seems like it will be really easy to modify to make it harder, which I like. :)

Sounds like we're all in great moods for a Monday:p

Tonight I'm planning Lowmax. I need something fun because I'm not feeling motivated at ALL. Last night I did the upper body conditioning from Body Max after running earlier in the day, and I actually stopped partway through and just sat down in a chair feeling drained. I forced myself to finish though.

Oh well, the sun is shining and it's a beautiful day here.

I am back, ladies!!!

Hello, fellow fitness fanatics:

My work conference is FINALLY over and was a tremendous success, so I am feeling GREAT! I was not able to work out once last week - and this weekend I attended a wedding (I should post a pic for anyone interested in seeing the dress I ended up getting, it was really awesome) and just never "got around to it."

But today I am back! I am going to do GS Legs and CoreMax shortly.

Stroller/infant car set combo
Pac-n-Play
Portable crib
3 stage feeding seat (equivelent of a highchair but attaches to a regular chair as opposed to being freestanding)
Portable crib bedding
Regular crib bedding
Lamp and mobile to match crib bedding motif
Diaper Depot(attachment for changing table to hold diapers, etc)
A few small stuffed animals
Clothes
A toy-soft pins and bowling ball-my dh is a bowler and intends to have our son on the lanes as soon as he can walk. :+
Small diaper bag
Assorted neccessites like detergent, diaper rash cream, shampoo, etc.
A HUGE box of baby wipes
Towels, bibs, things like that
Set of bottles

Everything is upstairs in Joey's room waiting to be unpacked, washed, put together and/or organized. This is what I will spend my time doing once I am out on leave.

DH put the stroller together last night already...he must be getting excited to have jumped on it so quickly! lol

I have Lowmax on the agenda also. And it's top priority today. I was a cleaning machine yesterday, so my rest day was mean! My sister bought a new leather sectional for her family room and gave me a rather nice leather Barkolounger, is that what they are called? I have to figure out how to move it and my couch to get my equipment set up. Pain the the arse, that, but as soon as these kids are out the door, I will figure that out. I have those 4 x 4 mats to protect me from my tile floor. At Target, I found a set of 12 1 x 1 interconnecting mats and they are the cutest things I have ever seen. Baby mats! I intend to use them for strength only days and that may inspire me because getting all my stuff out is unmotivational. But, on the bright side I don't have to pull out weights and extra risers today. Send me positve vibes! I need 'em! Last week was insane and I need to work on consistancy but the less consistant one has been the harder it is to get going!

Tell you what, Bobbi. I'll send positive vibes, you send me some motivation. I am now at 50 days with no rest day. For some reason, I've now become vehemently opposed to taking a rest day (who the heck wants to start again at zero?). But I'm find motivation difficult to come by. I remembered this morning that today would have been my older brother's 53rd birthday. These things always creep up on me and I'm not prepared. Ah well. Perhaps Lowmax will help!
 
Hi, Finally I have decided to do TAEBO only. I am tired, today is Monday , I hate Mondays and I don't have energy to do a terminator workout today.

Good Morning - weekend was great - I ran my first 10K!!! It was SUPER HILLY! I was soooooo not prepared for that, but managed to keep it under 55 minutes :)

Yesterday was a slow run/walk.

Today is PUB and 30 minutes of Cardio........I am ordering the Slow and Heavy today :) I hope I get my KPC and L&G soon! I want to substitute the Lower body of S&H with L&G! :)
 
Hi all, motivation has struck and I am on a roll, my weight continues to come down so I am a happy camper!!:7

Today I did PUB Triceps and Biceps then did KPC (did abs and planks with no stability ball) the whole workout and I haven't done that in a very looooooonnnnnnngggg time!!:+ :D It felt good, used my weighted gloves just for the combos and that helped with the intensity too. I think that the fact that summer is coming is also helping with my motivation considering most of my summer shorts don't fit.:(
