I did 18 miles yesterday and it was a bit challenging, but today I feel fine. I will be spinning tonight and maybe doing some upper body work when I get home. Have a great day.

What an awesome thing that would be, Denise! One good grunt and he's out! lol I like the way you think! I just hope I am this motivated to work out AFTER he is born considering I'll have to take what...4 to 6 weeks off!? That could be BAD! }(
BTW- Thanks! You really do help to keep me motivated with your posts!

Fifty days is impressive! I don't think I have ever thought in terms of starting at zero but I have never stuck with a 7 day workout week for more than 4 weeks and then I had to have a day off or I walked funny. And NOT ha ha funny. Don't tell me that, on top of a great set of abs, you've good bio mechanics too! Lucky! Father's Day used to do that to me. I'd have to get a gift for Rich's dad and I really just wanted to get one for mine. He did so love that I always sent him a zillion types of shaving things and a new cologne to keep him smelling pretty for my mom. Dedicate your workout to your brother. I used to run for my father and take him with me, out there, under blue skies and into the natural world he loved so much. It helped me keep in touch with him. Go, Shelley, go!

I did aerobic and chest section from All Steps in CTX, 1 session from CoreMax and Stretch from AM/PM Stretch on Saturday. I could not do anything Sunday b/c I was too tired. My little one is teething.
Today was the first day I tried my own mix. 30 min run and Back & Shoulder from Upper Split in CTX. I could not do any stretch because I ran out of time. I think I will reduce my running to 20 min. I did CTX for one month, did not see any drop in scale. x( I hope I could do some different mix to get the scale needle dropping down
Hi Shelly,
Just wanted to send a cyber-hug to you today. I know what it's like to remember a loved one who is no longer with you...Take a day off girl, really, it may simply be good mental health! deb;-)
Jes - I feel like one of those factories with the "50 days accident free" signs. You know, someone chops off a finger, and there they are back at "0 days accident free".
Deb - thank you so much for your kind words.
I did end up doing LM. I don't think my heart was in it though. And I did the KPC abs. At least I don't feel so hugely swine-like anymore. Now I just SMELL like a pig, so off to the shower with me.
Goodnight sweet ladies - may flights of angels sing you to your rest.
Oh, Shelley! You make me laugh! That's my first LOL today. I love you! Fifty days accident free indeed! But, honey, it's only approaching 7:00 here. Still, I love the Noble Bard and right back at you! I have found an angel and her name is Shelley!

You are truly an inspiration to pregnant women everywhere!!! I am very impressed with how devoted you are to working out, and keeping yourself fit during your pregnancy...Incredible!!! I love to tell my patients about you...it just proves that a woman can exercise during her pregnancy!!!
Yes, you will have to take 6 weeks off any exercise until you are completely recovered. It sucks I know!!! You want to give your body time to heal and get back to normal...Trust me you will be buring calories like an IMAX 3 workout with breastfeeding...NO fears!!!
Sounds like you had a wonderful shower!! You got some great stuff!!!
