Good Morning Ladies,

Last evening: Biceps (Gym Style--all workouts still using progressive overload) and the first 45 minutes KPC plus the stretch.

Tonight: Gauntlet on schedule.

Hi Cathy, impressive w/o.

I did a 7K run today. And I'll add something later today if I have time.

Saw Star Wars yesterday, it was OK, but I wasn't impressed. I think I was the only one lauging at Yoda a couple of times: thought he was really funny. Kids want to go see it again, they loved it.

Kids also want to go see Mr&Mrs Smith and War of the Worlds. Thought it was odd they're bringing out these pretty good movies in the Summer.

I am heading out for a 30 minute run and when I return I will do some ab work and StretchMax#1.

I am hoping to do more running than walking this time! Dutchie, I've a long way to go before I get to 7K!:p :p

This morning I did Powermax. I don't do that one often, but really do like it. I still will do one of the coremax workouts too. I've been kind of slacking off on the abs lately.
It's beautiful here today!:D

Good Morning Fit Ladies,

This morning for me it was PUB and core max3 I used the 10 pound medicine ball for the abs, I can feel the difference. I am glad it is Friday, but I am working all weekend. All of you that are off on the weekend, have a lot of fun!

Hi all,

Today was KM low impact drills and leg conditioning. Just couldn't bring myself to do the blast section, doesn't trip my trigger..
Also did Coremax 1. Have a great day and weekend!

Saturday - Not sure yet,probably HSC or a premix of SB and SJP weight circuit...
Sunday - Lowmax and ab hits.
 
Good morning all!

This morning I did Legs & Glutes and I'm sure I'll be feelin' it tomorrow. :D

I'm supposed to receive my barbell today, so tomorrow I will, of course, be doing a workout that requires a barbell. I just haven't decided which one... ;)
 
Morning gals!

Here's what I did this morning:

SJP w/u & hi/lo (it is amazing how hi/lo can kick your butt when you actually do the hi part the way it was meant to be!)
CTX chest work
LL abs/stretch

I was gonna try to do the blasts from SB also but after hi/lo I was toast! lol I'll try them another time.

Heading out to mom's this afternoon. Will probably take a walk in the park w/her and Joey. Hopefully it's not too hot.

Dutchie-I saw Mr. and Mrs. Smith and it was pretty funny. I think you may enjoy it :)

WOW is all I can say about the SB/SJP 90 minute premix I did yesterday. I recomend it it to anyone who has time for a longer workout! I will take it down a notch today and do a jog on the treadmill. I have beenm so into my cathe dvd's this week I haven't done much running. I will then do PLB that I never got to yesterday. I didn't want to over do it after that long morning workout! As usual will do some ab work as well. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

Good Morning...I tried to workout but it was not to be. I started with CTX All Step and was thinking about how much diffence the flooring makes. Up until a month ago I was on carpet over concrete, now it's puzzle mats, I was actually enjoying the 'triple steps with a turn' now that my feet can turn more easily. Then we were on to 'grapevine down the board, go over' and as I went over I turned my ankle where the puzzle mat ends and *WHAM* x( :+ I can be such a klutzx( :+ My ankle is pretty tender but besides my fragile ego nothing is bruised:p. My Mom and 10 year old DD came to my rescue with ice and sympathy along with a chuckle and shake of the head. I dusted off and figured I'd work some upper body weights but got called to the phone twicex( I'll try again tomorrow...

Cathy, enjoy the Gauntlet! I love the w/o!!!

Dutchie, Yoda would be the only reason I would go see that movie. I haven't see any of the new ones and probably won't, I have very fond memories of watching the first Star Wars from the front row with a bunch of friends when I was 13:)

Becky, I love PowerMax too, it was my first all step Cathe and it always leaves me spent and happy.

Logos, I'm working too, but I'm looking forward to next weekend already:D Nice job with the 10 lb med ball, med ball abs are my fave way to work my abs.

Laurie, planks are always tough and I am still in awe of how easy Cathe makes it seem to hold a nice plank for 1 minute or more. Enjoy your volleyball, it sounds fun.

I gotta get to work, time flies when I'm on the boards.

Logos...I don't think any of the Hardcore extremes are lazy workouts...you did great! And a 10 lb med ball today!...WOW!

Sandra...my DH used to run before knee surgery. Now he probably just gets tired watching me run and workout...sometimes is is supportive...sometimes not..

Wendy...you are doing great. I throw things together most of the time! Great workout today, have fun in the park...

Yes Laurie...it is your fault!!! My LL Video has always made a weird noise when I rewind...so its a good excuse to get the DVD too!! Let me know what KPC/L&G premixes you try.

Emily you will be so happy with the barbell addition.

We had rain all day yesterday...kinda bizarre this time of the year. And....having alot of earthquake activity in the ocean off the Cal coast lately. Glad I live inland a ways!!

I'll be doing my freestyle legwork, abs and a 3 mile run. Those planks in PUB about killed me yesterday...have a great day....:)..Carole

Good morning!

This morning I mixed things up and had some fun. I took the Cardio Hits dvd and created the following workout: SJ w/u; SM combo1; SJ combo2; SH combo2; SM cool-down and stretch. It's a 54min, intermediate workout, and exactly what I needed for today. I feel energized and ready to go!

Terri - what sb/sjp premix did you do? There are so many!! That kpc/lg 82 min premix is a toaster! Good for you!

Wendy - good for you for persevering with your workout, despite Joey being fussy. When he gets older you can do what I did: stick him in front of another tv with a snack!! It's terrible parenting, but at least you can get an uninterrupted workout done!

Debbie - BC with 12s and 15s? Wow!! That's hard work!!

Jes - you'd better not be checking in today, unless it's to give us all the details of your ceremony! Have a great day!

Laurie - three jobs?? Now I think you mentioned once that you do massage therapy (?), and you're a fitness instructor, but what's your third job? I plan all my workouts for the week on Sunday. I usually stick with what I've got planned, but there are a few times where I've switched the morning of. I learned a long time ago that if I go by what I "feel" like doing at 5:30am, I won't do much LOL! I don't think I've ever gotten out of bed that early and said "It's an IMAX day!" :) I hope your ankle doesn't cause you problems tomorrow. And your comment to Carla made me blush :+ Thank you.

Marla - I'm glad to see you on the check-in! That was quite a workout you did yesterday! You must have some core to be able to do both BC and ME core in the same session. No, I didn't do the 90min sb/sjp premix yesterday. That would be too much for me at this point. I did a mix of my own: sjp w/u, step combos 1-4; sb challenge; sb c/d and stretch. It's about 35 minutes-ish, and starts off easy, but ends with a bang.

Connie - I'm glad you enjoyed HSCircuit. I love to hear that you're fitness level is improving, so that you need to modify up! Another good way to make that workout more intense is to add another riser for the cardio work and leg presses. And hold onto a dumbell or two while doing the leg presses.

Foodie Sue - Quite the hi/lo day yesterday! I have to say that I'm not unhappy that I can't do the MIC hi/lo these days; it's always been the "vegetables" of my workouts :p

Marcia - running in the heat - ugh!! Stay well hydrated.

Carla - You're very kind!! Hello to you to! :)

Becky - there's a lot of talk about PowerMax these days; it seems to be making a revival. It's a fun one, that's for sure!

Logos - did you do the PUB stability work as well as CoreMax3? Wow!!!

Wendy - great workout!! I'm jealous that you can do hi/lo so soon after having a baby. That early, I still felt like my insides were going to drop out if I did any kind of jumping (I'm kegeling as I type!).

Carole - I'm trying to be a supportive spouse to my husband's long distance cycling. It's tough, though, because it consumes so much of his time and our money. I figure that if I can be supportive of him, then he has no reason to raise an eyebrow when I preorder everything Cathe puts out ;-) And if it keeps him trim, healthy, and with us for the long haul, then I'm all for it.

Wendy, good to see you getting your workouts in again, I know you feel better.

I did PUB chest and back then did PS chest minus the pushups and 2 exercises off of PSBB&A for back and abs off of Body Max!!:D I was down another half a pound this morning so I was a happy camper:7 :7 !! My no diet 'diet' is really working!!!LOL!!!:D :) :7

Sandra, I kind of like the idea of planning my workouts ahead and would probably w/o smarter. You've given me something to think about:) As for my jobs, I work in a Chiropractic clinic as a massage therapist and have for about 2 years. I share the room with another therapist and was wanting more hours this spring so I'm now massaging at a high end day spa down on the river as well (where the Whig-Standard building is, it's an old woolen mill). I didn't think I'd ever work in a spa but I'm quite liking it (easier work, more money AND tips!!!!). We can trade services with each other so I'm going for my first facial next week. I was a SAHM for 12 years then went back to school for massage so I still feel pretty new to the work force and am truly loving it. There are days that I long for the SAHM life, I loved that too and believe that it is the hardest job going.

Nice step mix today, stepping will always be my preferred cardio. Enjoy your FRIDAY:7

Hi ladies! TGIF!!

Well girlfriends, today was my 7th day in a row of working out and I am fried. Tomorrow will most assuredly by a rest day!

Today I did the step portion of SJP and PLB premix up.

Tomorrow is the salon and shopping--all about me! Can't wait. So much for FATHER's day weekend.
