Morning ladies! Today was SJP cardio only and then SB Challenge. Sandra, I can't thank you enough for introducing me to this combination. I really love it!

I took a Cathe break today - don't want to burn out. I did 30 min jump roping (10 min intervals) & did 30 pushups b/w the rope intervals. I think I ended up doing like 120 pushups. Did a few sets on my toes with one leg alternately raised. Also did some ab work on the stability ball on my own. Wowsers!

I'm married now! we went to the courthouse and it took about 4 minutes. the judge said the vows and we repeated them. exchanged rings and kiss kiss. then a big breakfast! it was great!

i got my new dvds yesterday and i did stretchmax last night. i like it. i skipped the ball one though.

later i will do IM2 since i didn't get it done yesterday.

Today is my rest day, but tomorrow will be a 5 mile run and yoga and on Sunday I will be running 12 miles.

Greetings everyone!

All this talk about the SB/SJP 90 minute premix got me thinking about putting together a couple of workouts from FitTV. So, today I'm going to the FitTV's LoMax and then FitTV's KPC. Should be interesting. ;) I'm excited about it! Thanks for the motivation, everyone!

Oh no, Laurie!! Sorry to hear about your ankle injury! I've sprained my ankle 3 times in the past 2 years while working out. So far I've managed to avoid it this year. *knock on wood* It sounds like your injury is pretty minor, and that's good. Use the good ol' RICE method and you'll be good as new in no time. :)

Sandra!! I love the workout you created today. You are so creative!

Thank you for all your suggestions to increase the intensity of HSC. I cannot wait to be able to order a high step- that will make this workout much more enjoyable and easier to make harder. hehe ;)

Laurie, I am so sorry about your ankle. Take care of it.

I took a rest day yesterday and needed it bad. Today I am going to do cardio today first and then some core work. I haven't decided on the workout yet. Getting ready to get at it now and will report in later.
 
I just did IMAX2 for the first time!!! I have done parts of it on the Terminator workouts where they are pieced together but I just received my IMAX 2/CW DVD and it rocks!! I knew I was going to love it from what I saw on the Terminator!! I am so excited!!!

Will do core work later.

Here my HRM... hope this doesn't get tiresome for y'all.. but I love this HRM!!
