Whoohooo, Jane! Great HR numbers! Those are similar to my numbers when I do Reebok: Intense Moves. :p It's so cool that your HRM shows you how many calories you burned up!

Thanks Connie... I really like the feedback my HRM gives me. I tend to be goal oriented and I like to see numbers that reflect my performance.
 
ok, finished with w/o... after IMAX2... I did the last 35 minutes off BodyMax... this was the 25 minute upper body workout with 10 minutes of ABS/stretch.

I just finished The Viper off the Terminator DVD and LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!

The cardio sections from C&W were awesome, and so were the ones from Imax 2, so now I have to order that DVD too.:)

I added ME abs to the end, before the stretch. I'm a bit frantic tonight, so I may throw on my skates and go blading.

That is exactly why I bought the IMAX2/CW DVD, because of the Viper. I had to have IMAX2 in its entirety after that and it is so much FUN!!
