CTX Series

Hi all,

I wanted to know if CTX Series DVD is like Timesaver DVD & HCExtreme in that they contain parts of other Cathe workouts or is CTX Series a unique, stand alone workout DVD?

CTX is it's own little series. It's not a compilation of any other work outs. There are 2 compilations with in it though-Upper Body Split which is all of the upper body work in the series put into one work out and an Abs work out that compiles all of ab routines in the series....but to answer your question, no, it is not a compilation of any other work outs she has....

It's a great series!

I really appreciate you answering...I'm here trying to figure out what to buy next. On another note, it's wonderful that you're working out while pregnant. It will really help you to recover from childbirth quickly. When I was 7 months pregnant with my now 8 yr old son, all I could do was walk around the neighborhood and even then I was out of breath.

CTX is a very good deal for all that you get. I just love the all abs compilation! I also love the shorter, but really intense cardio workouts. I feel like I get a 60-minute workout in only 30 minutes! It's great! I think Step and Intervals is my favorite cardio on that DVD. Leaner Legs is also a nice complement to PLB or Legs & Glutes. I'm not particularly wild about the Upper Body Split, but overall, this is a great DVD.

Excellent deal! Buy it.
 
Speaking of the upper body split...The first time I did UBS I did the entire thing back to back with Leaner Legs! HOLY CR*P! I thought I was gonna pass out! lol That was soooo intense! I learned my lesson quick! The last time I did UBS I split it up into 2 days and added cardio to it...MUCH better combo.

I popped the CTX DVD in this morning. Haven't used it in a while and I was really looking forward to it. I did Step and Intervals and then Kickbox. As always, it was fabulous. CTX is a jewel:)
