We’ve now just finished filming Cathe’s new CrossFire and To the Max workouts! Joining Cathe this time were Cedie, Jai, Brenda and Marlo. We will share more details, video clips and pictures on our Facebook Fan page, Blog, Newsletter and forums over the next several weeks, so make sure to keep checking back.

We’ve already started editing the videos today and though we have a lot of work to do our goal is to complete this project and finish the new DVDs and Downloads ASAP.

Both of Cathe’s new videos use Tabata inspired drills and well as HiiT to deliver two butt kicking cardio workouts without the dread factor! Extra Bonus footage was even shot for each workout and will be included with their premixes

We have to get our initial order to the duplicator by May 31st, so make sure to pre-order before then if you want to be among the first to receive CrossFire and/or To the Max. | Learn More |

What is different between Tabata and HIIT when I see a tabata being shown it seems the same concept as HIIT.
Can't wait for workout.

That was fast on filming. Did u have choreography already practiced? And can you give us a hint on the music you decided to use?

All Tabata workouts are also HIIT workouts, but not all HiiT workouts are Tabata workouts. There are two main differences between a Tabata workout and an ordinary HiiT workout.

1. Work to rest ratio for a true Tabata workout should always be 2:1. We follow this same format in both of the new workouts with the Tabata work intervals lasting 20 seconds and the Tabata rest interval lasting just 10 seconds. The work ratio in a HiiT workout can be almost whatever you want it to be.

2. True Tabata workouts need to push your heart rate to the upper limit of the anaerobic zone (95 to 100% of your maximum heart rate). Though most of you will not get your heart rate this high for many or some of the intervals in our new workouts, you will still be pushed well into your upper heart rate zone for the Tabata segments and the other sections that follow.
