Crazy, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR May 2015

Hi everyone! Today is my rest week but I got up today and did Run Fit. I had a great workout and may do one more day of something and then take the rest of the week off. My body needs it.

Workout today was 52 minutes, I ran 3.4 miles and burned about 353 calories.

Nora - I hope you are feeling better from you fall last week. I'm sorry that happened to you.
