No workout for me today. I think I will get up and do another Cardio Coach tomorrow, though. Then I'll take the rest of the week off and start with STS (maybe) on Monday.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday :( I did 21 DF Ext. Upper Fix and took my dogs for a walk. Today I will do 21 DF Ext. Pilates.

Did you guys hear about Cathe's new dvd's? It's suppose to be a intm. workout with a modifier :)

Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix of my own. It had four challenges on it and is one of the harder mixes I've done. I did very well with it. I can't believe how faster I can run on my treadmill. I cannot figure out what the difference is. Whatever it is, my cardio endurance has exceeded substantially.

Workout was 62 minutes, I ran almost 4 miles and burned 418 calories (although my treadmill said 564). It was a great workout.

Now I think I may do a stretch workout tomorrow morning and Friday and just rest until Monday. I've decided to do STS beginning on Monday.

Nothing more then a walk yesterday and nothing today DH and I went to the lake for a little while before I had to go to work. I jumped on the pre-order band wagon for the new workouts they sound like what I have been waiting for.

No workout yesterday or today as planned. Feels good to just rest. I should have done some flexibility, but haven't. :(

Are any of you purchasing Cathe's new workouts? Sort of sounds like the original Cross Train Xpress workouts. Cardio and one body part on each workout. Not sure I'll order. I may get the weight lifting ones but not even sure I'd like those. I wish she'd do another Gym Style workout program. Or something similar to Body Beast.

I finished today's workout early at about 8 AM. I had to rush to a doctor's appointment at 10PM which I did. Now I'm a bit scared from the doctors appointment. A female problem I had once before has come back need to get lab results and then a vaginal ultra sound and wait then get a follow up appointment and go from there. Please pray for all to be well with this and for the antibiotics both she prescribed to work for me. Please send your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes. Thank you in advance!

I went for a walk over my lunch hour today it finally quit raining. My knee hurt all day don't know if it has to do with all the jumping jacks in Cardio Pump.

Debbie-I ordered the new workouts I want something that doesn't require alot of jumping or really heavy wts.

I decided to mix in some Cathe with 21 DF and do some longer workouts when I can.

So today I did Cardio & Weights. What a fun one to revisit!!!

Nice job everyone on your workouts!!! Sounds like you've all been keeping busy. Have fun with STS tomorrow, Debbie!!!

I saw Cathe's new workouts and will pre-order, but not right now. Before the pre-order is done I will. I like the idea of intermediate workouts that you can increase the intensity with. And having a modifier as well. pretty cool!!!
 
So today I started STS. Did Meso 1, Chest, Shoulders and Biceps. Great workout, I think I will like doing this series again. The only thing i hate is all the dang pushups Cathe does. Why does one workout have to have endless pushups in it? Other than that, loved it!!!

Chris- Great job with your workouts and 21 Day Fix and working in some Cathe. You are awesome to do that and I hope you are having fun with it too! I hope you are feeling fit and fabulous! I'm still a little freaked from the doctor's the other day. I have to get a Vaginal Ultra Sound I apparently have some sort of infection in uterus and need to do further testing. Doctor gave me prescription for an antibiotic and freaked me out but good saying something was wrong for me to get a rare type of infection in same place and did mention in passing about a hysterectomy. I', still shaking from that trying to pray and relax. Please send prayers and well wishes. I have the ultra sound Wednesday.

Debbie- great job with deciding to do another round of STS Meso 1 Chest, Shoulders,. and Biceps. STS is a very well thought out program, its good stuff. ITs a nice followup after BodyBeast. Have a blessed day and high fives on today's workout!
