Crazy, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JUNE 2015

Good Evening,

I did KCM Muscle Up First Set Pump and a 1.62 mile walk over my lunch now my legs are killing me.

Debbie-glad you are liking STS and pushups are not my favorite.

Belinda-good job with our workout.

Nora-hoping things go well for you and good job with your workout.
 
Today I did a Cardio Coach mix which about killed me. It was brutal but I did really well with it. My knees aren't liking me too much right now, though. I sat out one of my stretch workouts and WILL be doing it later after work.

Workout was 62 minutes, Fitbit said I ran 4.25 miles but my treadmill said it was only 4 miles. Whichever, I hit 4 so I'm happy about that. Burned 429 calories.

Roxie- Great job with yesterday's workout of KCM Muscle Up First Set Pump and a 1.62 mile walk. Sorry about your legs feeling sore maybe a nice stretch would be good to help with that.

Debbie- Nicely done with the Cardio Coach Mix and stats. Sorry your knees are bugging you, please take it easy and I think a nice stretch workout would be a very good idea after work and help with that. Have a wonderful blessed day and feel better.;)

Today I did STS Meso 1, Disc 2 - Back and Triceps. Had a good workout. Not liking this rotation as much as I liked Body Beast. We'll see how long I stick with it.

I did do Yoga Stretch yesterday after work and it felt great!!!!

Debbie- Great job with your workout today with STS Meso 1, Disc 2 - Back and Triceps. STS as I recall was tough and I did not like Meso 1 , but really liked 2 and 3 a lot. Yes, STS is different than Body Beast but they are both excellent programs. Yeah, glad to hear you did yoga stretch last night after work its great to hear it really helped. Today I did Cardio Coach 1. Was really tired this morning and didn't want to do another 4 mile workout so I chose that one. Was perfect for how I felt. Love that workout.

Total time was 36 minutes, ran 2.25 miles (Fitbit showed 2.38 miles) and burned 248 calories.

Belinda - Don't you have Body Beast? I thought you did. Yes, it's an excellent series. I think my all time favorite.

Nora - I may do just that - skip to Meso 2 and 3. I'll see how many weeks Meso 1 is and go from there. I may do Meso 1 next week as well. Nice workout yesterday, you kicked butt!!!

Roxie - Nice workout yesterday!!! Have fun at the lake!!!!

I just did CCV7, ran 5.5 miles :D I got 11,ooo steps in with CCV7 :) I can't tell you how much I love these workouts. I ran around my basement, since I don't have a treadmill :p My basement is huge and it was too hot to run outside.

Debbie - no, I don't have BB. I borrowed it from a friend and did a few workouts. It's next on my list. Good job this morning.

Today I did STS Meso 1, Disc 3 - Legs. Had a pretty good workout but had to be real careful due to my knees. They didn't like the lunges much and there were a lot of lunges in this one. I just used no weights or very light weights and did good with it. I certainly felt it. I did to bonus leg work as well.

Belinda - I just read back (a little behind on here) and I see you did 11,000 steps with CC #7. Holy Moly!!! 5.5 miles!!! Nice job lady!! That was a great workout for you. Amazing,actually. I bow down to you!!!!

Roxie - Have fun at your DD's wedding. I'm sure it will be awesome!!

Nora - Nice workouts and great calorie burn yesterday. Nice job!!! :)

Debbie - I was surprised to see the step count too. I had 11.000 steps by 11 am :) I was running around like a crazy person in my basement, lol! Awww…thank you! I haven't ran in a long time. My dogs started running with me, lol! Good job on D3, girl!

I did KCM Muscle Up First Set Pump, 30 minute run/walk on the TM and KCM Abs Standing and Plank premix then started packing our suitcase, got my nails redone and then bought more wrapping paper for the wedding gift waiting for DH to get home so we can head up.

Please pray for me to have a good outcome from my ultrasound I had on Wednesday, my doctor left on vacation and its possible I won't learn the results until after she returns. So in the meantime I'm nervous and a bit scared. So please pray for me to have good news from the doctor's office about the ultrasound results. Thanks in advance for your prayers and well wishes, they really mean alot to me.
