Crazy, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR JUNE 2015

Good morning!! Today I did STS Meso 1, Disc 4, Chest, Shoulders & Biceps. Had a great workout. Chose not to do all those dang push-ups she does through this workout. I did flyes or press instead. Can't stand doing push-ups constantly. Ridiculous.

Debbie- Nicely done today with STS Meso 1, Disc 4, Chest, Shoulders & Biceps, and no worries on not doing all those pushups and opting to make your own changes to suit you. Great workout today, way to get it done girlfriend! :);)

Except for the fact that it rained all day Saturday the wedding turned out nice glad it's over. I got some kind of stomach bug so Sunday morning and this morning was really rough hoping tomorrow morning is better.

Today I did a cardio coach mix on my treadmill. This one was a Candace mix from her CC#6 and Run Fit workouts. I had a great workout and was sweating buckets. Love this mix but it's tough.

Workout was 62 minutes, ran 4.43 miles (Fitbit), 4 miles (treadmill) - not sure why such a difference? Burned 432 calories. Almost have all my steps in already and it's only 10.

Nora - Nice workout yesterday!! You are awesome, girl.

Roxie - Glad the wedding went well. Sorry you had some sort of stomach thing. Hope you are feeling better today.

Belinda - Why won't you have time to do STS? Vacation?

No workout for me today, although I may get on my treadmill and walk for a couple miles later. I had an early morning appointment so I didn't want to get up early to workout. I'll probably get on my treadmill later, though.

Did 3 miles on my treadmill. Just a fast inclined walk. Felt great, I was being really lazy today. Made myself get on it, made my 10k steps and now I feel great!!!

Nora - Nice workouts today! You kicked but and burned tons of calories!!! Nice job!!!

Today I did Meso 1, Disc 5 - Back & Triceps. Had a great workout. Skipped the last set of pullups because just like in the chest workout with pushups, she does way too many of these.

Tomorrow is supposed to be Disc 6, Legs, but I think I'll do a short Cardio Coach and then do some ab work. I haven't done ab work since BB so I need to get something in.

Belinda - When are you going on vacation? Where are you going this year? Another road trip?

Roxie - Nice job getting your workout done!!!

Nora - I'm sure today you will have another kickbutt workout!! :)

Debbie - great job on D5 :) In a few weeks we are going on another RT in the RV :) Our plans is going to Canada :) The weather been crazy lately. STS is such a commitment and very time consuming. Could I take all the stuff in the RV? Sure, I could :) But I don't like taking a lot of equipment on RT's anymore :D The less the better :p

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and did really well with it. Had a great workout. Was supposed to do STS Meso 1 Legs but don't want to push it with my knees.

Workout was 40 minutes, I ran 2,6 miles and burned 275 calories.

I then did the Ab work from KPC. I have always loved that ab work. I did well with it and was able to do all the pykes on the ball. That surprised me since I have't been doing a lot of ab work lately.

I also did Yoga Stretch. Needed that badly.
